It is a very intuitive system and customer support is fast, polite and extremely helpful. I was so pleased within 10 days of purchasing a 1-month package I upgraded to 1-year subscription and created a video a day! I love the fact it renders fast and it is so easy to make small changes to just one slide without losing everything. **What do you dislike about Renderforest?** The background music comes up a bit high for me. Easy to fix by adjusting in something like audacity first but would love to see a feature added to help control background music. The other thing I would adjust is when you replace a slide you lose the audio it would dbe nice to keep that. It would also be nice to be able to name the voice over files however these are small points the system is awesome. **Recommendations to others considering Renderforest:** Give it a try for a month and if you love it upgrade. If you need something easy to follow and intuitive then this is great. If you are already a master at Final Cut ir Premiere Pro then this is possibly too basic for you however the explainer videos make everyones life easier no matter what your level. Rather than paying a freelancer 150 or so to make one video you can make 10 or 20 videos for less than half the price. **What problems is Renderforest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Premier pro before and find this renders far quicker, and things like whiteboard animations and 3d cartoons are an awesome bonus. For me this is a great tool be it for youtube channel, restaurant reviews, membership sites, sales and in one month I have already created many such videos.
