I primarily use the Audio Spectrum service. The variety of templates is also very useful. I like the fact that you can make videos in no time. The help center was very responsive. What do you dislike about Renderforest? Some of the templates I really like don't have enough slides or the types of slides I want to accurately portray the story I'm trying to tell. It is easy to create a video and I love that you can use the free version so extensively. I've now upgraded to get 10 downloads a month without watermarks and in HD and really love the flexibility this gives. I messed up and purchased the wrong intro by mistake for $9.99 as I was testing their service before buying a yearly subscription. I immediately emailed them about my mistake and purchased the correct intro for another $9.99. All I was requesting was a credit for the correct intro. Seemed simple and reasonable? Not quite! The customer service rep said that it was not their fault (which it wasn't) and told me that it was against their policy to fix these types of mistakes? They offered a credit " If I wrote reviews.
