sometimes it takes too long and there can be technical difficulties. I think they should offer more features where they can play games and compete with students head to head if they are online at the same time. That would make for a more interactive experience. What problems is Freckle solving and how is that benefiting you?

With freckle, students are able to learn effectively, track their progress, and compete with their peers all from their computer on their own time. You can attach different subjects to it, like reading and math, so it provides a lot of versitility. By having things like times table cards, fractions, and other fun, game like activities, students can have fun while they learn and hopefully the information will stick for a longer term.
