It brings tender document analysis, technical proposal drafting, administrative forms and buyer pricing files into one workflow. Teams start from a consultation they have already selected. Buyer requirements and response templates Remporte reads the DCE, including the procurement rules and technical specifications, to identify weighted award criteria, requirements and required documents. It structures the technical proposal, or mémoire technique, around the buyer’s criteria and can work within a buyer-imposed technical response framework. Company knowledge in each response The software uses the company’s own project references, CVs, methods, product sheets and supporting documents. Teams reuse this material across tenders, review the drafted sections and approve commitments before export. Administrative and pricing deliverables Remporte helps prepare French DC1, DC2 and DC4 forms and fill BPU, DPGF and DQE pricing spreadsheets in the buyer’s file using prices approved by the company. Word, PDF and Excel outputs support final review and submission by the team. Open-source CLI alongside the commercial application Remporte publishes a separate free CLI under the MIT license. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and other compatible AI agents can use it to analyze a DCE, follow the tender-response method, draft and review documents, and check coverage of numbered requirements. Users bring their own AI agent access and choose the environment in which their files are processed. The commercial SaaS and the open-source CLI are distinct offerings. Deployment and pricing The online service is hosted in France. The Citadelle offer supports on-premise deployment on request. Starter costs EUR 60 excluding VAT per tender with a commitment to 15 tenders; sector adjustments and higher-volume offers are discussed with the team. A pilot tender is offered. The application is available in French and English and supports French public procurement workflows. Every reference, commitment and price remains subject to review and approval by the company before submission.
