"Exceptional Remote Access That Beats the Competition on Price"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

Effortless Setup: The application is incredibly easy to download and install. I was up and running within minutes without any technical headaches. User-Friendly Interface: Navigating and using the software is completely intuitive. Connecting to my remote computers is fast and seamless every single time. Outstanding Tech Support: Whenever I have a question, their excellent technical support team is quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unbeatable Value: To top it all off, it is easily the cheapest option on the market. You get premium, top-tier features at a fraction of the cost of other software. "Effective Remote Access, but Speed and Keyboard Shortcuts Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

It "does what it says on the tin", providing an effective way to remotely access one PC from another, potentially over long-distance connections. I haven't had to use any features other than remote screen access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

It can be very slow over long-distance, low-latency links. I have had a few problems navigating remote sessions using keyboard shortcuts such as Alt+Tab and Shift+Tab. It's billed as a cheap alternative to RealVNC and similar, but the cost difference is not as great as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Generous Licenses and Easy Multi-OS Access"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I use RemotePC to access my lab network of computers with different operating systems. RemotePC allowed me to access all of my devices with a quick and easy installation. I love how the Professional License allows me to access 10 computers—compared to other software where I could only access three—for the same price. I have complete access to Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems. I was introduced to RemotePC by a colleague who used it to configure a radio from my laptop remotely, and I was impressed by the functionality and the generous amount of licenses. The initial setup was easy for all operating systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

I found that I was prompted before I was able to log in to a newly installed machine, but when I clicked on the provided link, I received an error. I was still able to access the new machine, but the error page was confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Reliable Tool for Our Church Network"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I like that RemotePC is easy to use and not complicated. It's easy to install, fast, and reliable. I also appreciate that we don't need the fastest Internet speeds because the connection remains secure, good, and stable. Being a charity, I find RemotePC's charitable rate beneficial, and I feel it is much more intuitive to use than TeamViewer was. The initial setup was so simple that even I could do it.
