"RemotePC has made remote work effortless with its fast, secure, and incredibly easy-to-use platform"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I’ve tried several remote access solutions over the years, but RemotePC stands head and shoulders above the rest. It’s incredibly fast, reliable, and easy to set up — I was connected to my remote computer within minutes. The interface is intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate even for non-technical users, yet it has powerful features that professionals will appreciate.

The connection quality is superb — smooth video, responsive controls, and minimal lag, even when working with large files or resource-heavy applications. File transfers are quick, and I love the ability to access my desktop from any device, whether I’m on a PC, Mac, tablet, or phone.

Security is top-notch with strong encryption and two-factor authentication, giving me peace of mind that my data is safe. Plus, their pricing is very competitive compared to other options, especially considering the feature set.

RemotePC has become an essential part of my workflow, saving me time and making remote work truly effortless. Highly recommended to anyone who needs fast, secure, and reliable remote access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

The mobile app is functional but not as smooth as the desktop experience.

• Occasional brief lag during very high-resolution or multimedia-heavy sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RemotePC has been an outstanding solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC has been an outstanding solution for supporting our staff and educators remotely. In the world of K–12 and higher ed, downtime can mean lost instructional time, and RemotePC helps us get ahead of that. Whether it’s walking a teacher through a software update or troubleshooting a network printer from across the district, the seamless connection and reliable performance save countless hours. It’s intuitive enough for non-technical users and robust enough for our IT staff to do in-depth support without physically being on campus. The ability to manage devices across multiple buildings while maintaining high security and compliance standards is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Initial deployment required coordination with our network security protocols, especially on restricted VLANs, but their documentation made that process manageable. Once configured, it’s been consistently stable and low-maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently went on vacation and needed to access my Windows PC at home using my MacBook Air. I was a bit nervous about how well RemotePC would handle the cross-platform connection, but everything worked flawlessly. The setup was straightforward, and the connection remained stable throughout my trip. I was able to securely access all my files and work without any issues, just as if I were sitting in front of my home computer. RemotePC gave me peace of mind and flexibility while I was away. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable and easy remote access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RemotePC?

I love that RemotePC costs me just a fraction of the price that TeamViewer wanted. I find the black screen feature helpful, so sometimes when I'm doing something remotely, nobody there can see it. The initial setup was very easy, and I rate it a 10 because it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Remote Access with Good Support"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC impressed me from the start with its effortless setup and intuitive interface, installing the software and configuring my machines took only minutes. The UI is good; every feature is properly labeled, so I never have to hunt around to figure out how to do something.

I rely on it near-daily to connect to my work PC from home and to access my home PC from a central location, keeping my files and environments neatly separated. Performance has been consistently solid. When I encountered an account issue that needed escalation, the customer support team was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through the resolution without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Due to all of the options, determining the right product and pricing took longer than the actual setup of the product.

I also experienced a small issue with account creation. I found that there was a better product for my use case, and it required me using another email address instead of being able to convert that account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and Works Very Well"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

It is extremely easy to install, setup and access multiple PCs. The RemotePC application prompts the user at every step and allows enabling, or disabling remote access by simply authorizing it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

So far in my use, there is very little downside. I would like to be able to be logged in with multiple accounts. Currently if logged in with one account, you cannot access other PCs on a different account (ie; like using home and work accounts at the same time) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
