We are running Ubunt, Windows and MacOS on a mix of desktops and laptops. The use is mainly to run certain desktop applications when we are out of office and I works quite well for most applications. Speed is fine and connection has been fairly stable. We have some specific technical issues and using the chat to reach the support was easy and good. However, they haven't been able to solve our issues yet but I get updates so they are still working on it. Our problems are probably a bit outside the ordinary. **What do you dislike about RemotePC?** The issues we have are related to use of a Swedish keyboard, the extra keys doesn't show up correctly on the host. Furthermore, we are sometimes running some Unreal based applications and we can't use the mouse to move around in the environment on the host, we can only move around with the keys. But that is not enought, since you can't rotate using keys. Other than that, no issues. **What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running applications on office desktops when being out of office ### 2. Great userexperience. Eassy installation, super support team that respond immediately and are taking every question seriosly. **What do you dislike about RemotePC?** Have some problem about the two different options, especially the performance option. but back en support team are working on it and I'm sure they get it done **What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Still under way to resolve the problem, performance option doesn't work with monitor of remote computer on, classic doesn't work with monitor off. but it works :) ### 3. Also, the connection was laggy or very jumpy and we have 200MPS internet. **What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** we were solving the issue of having unattended access to our PC's at an affordable price. ### 5. I did it so quickly on my home PC just before leaving for an extended trip. I had issues - see below. **What do you dislike about RemotePC?** I installed it so quickly on my home PC just before leaving for an extended trip. When I finally tried to log in remotely, apparently, I did not use my standard PW algorithm(s) and forgot my key and cannot reset/recover the key remotely. Therefore I can't use my home PC until I remember the key -my fault for sure. I wish there was a way to remotely recover/reset the key or get some sort of hint **What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** None - could not log in to remote computer. ### 6. Fairly simple functionality. Takes a little bit to understand some of the remote options but once mastered goes rather smoothly. **What do you dislike about RemotePC?** Will not always play any kind of video stream from the remote computer.
