Changing my bank account was my main issue, and the Help Center answered my questions, so it was very convenient.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote is the most appropriate as it gathers all the processes under one roof of managing international workforce. I apply it in my HR practice on regular basis to deal with contracts, benefits and payroll of employees in various locations. Its compliance features and documentation make it cover all the features that you do not want to leave out. It can be integrated with Slack so that payroll and HR tasks could be automatically alerted, keeping the teams on track and minimizing follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

A weakness that I have observed is that the customization of payroll schedule to accommodate very specific regional requirements is sometimes challengeable. This at times slows down processing of our smaller offices in our HR team. Due to the high amount of features in the platform, additional effort is needed to know which settings to modify to be able to handle locally.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote addresses the issue of addressing international workers in different states with different regulations. Our HR team wasted hours of time searching contracts, benefits and payroll before it was used. Now it is actively used to automate compliance checks, control payments, and plan documentation. The payroll, benefits, and notifications have many features that enhance precision, minimize risks, and conserve time so that the HR team can engage in strategic plans.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I was in a unique position when I was hired as the first US-based employee for a global consulting firm, and tasked with setting up our US operations. Having not been on the HR or admin side of things before, I needed an easy, affordable, and quick way to establish benefits, payroll, and operations for my company to onboard me. Remote made these all seamless and easy, and made it simple for me to make the case to my employer for using an outsourced HR company. 

My favorite part about Remote is that their platform and customer service has been easy to use, and the customer response is quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Remote has a bit limited options when it comes to employee benefits - my out-of-pocket expenses are slightly higher than I'd like when it comes to my overall compensation package.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote has solved the issue of setting up payroll, employee benefits, time-off-tracking, holidays, and expenses for setting up operations for our company in the United States. I don't have to spend time thinking about these parts of HR/operations which frees up time and energy for other pressing work matters.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like literally everything about Remote. I appreciate the fact that they send you the salary before the end of the month, five days too early, and they keep you informed. I enjoy the automation they have, and how fast they respond to any queries or issues I might have. Everything is so clean, so clear, and organized, including all your documents that you can easily see in the app. Their automated workflow sends you notifications every week to submit your hours, and they provide both monthly and yearly payslips. Their customer support, whether through online chat, AI chat, or direct support, always answers on the same day, which I find very impressive. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, taking me literally five minutes.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The best thing about Remote is the security it offers to international processes in payroll and management of contracts. I use it every day to pay multi country and benefits and to check compliance. It has the inbuilt features, all the trackings and control is done in an organized fashion, that conserves time and eliminates stress. It simplifies the process of making the team international by a large margin.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The disadvantage of Remote is that not all reporting functionalities are available especially in an effort to subdivide data by country or department. Some processes are still manual to review, so they slow down the payroll cycles. These weaknesses provided additional procedures to our finance team and were to be keenly observed to ensure that nothing went awry.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps to address the issue of international payroll, tax and benefits management on one platform. Onboarding new members of the team and even paying the contractors has been made a lot easier since then. It minimizes errors, makes sure that it is adhered to, and eliminates repetitive administrative work among colleagues. The overall problems of paying wrongly, not meeting deadlines, or errors on benefits are minimized and this has made the team more efficient and more confident.

I like the ease of use of Remote and the punctuality with the salary. I also appreciate how quickly the support service responds. Everything is very straightforward and even submitting expenses for the company is simple. The initial setup was super easy.

The carryover days from one year to another. I've had the same problem for two years in a row, and I've had to talk to support to have it fixed. But it has always been resolved.

Remote allows me to work for a company without a headquarters in my country. The ease of use, punctuality with salary, and fast support service make everything easier, even submitting expenses is simple and straightforward.

It's easy to use. A bit difficult to orient at the beginning. But once get used to it, then it's easy.

Remote seamlessly handles the logistics of remote employment. Forms and information are available on time so I don't have to think it. Occasionally when additional assistance is required their support team is quick to jump on the case.

The most thing I like about Remote is it's easily used. It's really easy to get in there, you just have to click on the app. Everything is sorted out perfectly, making it so easy to look around in the app. The menu is really good. I also like the fact that I can open it anytime I want, no matter the day or hour. This ease of use makes it so much better for me.

The only thing that I can say is maybe, visually, I would prefer to be like, a white background instead of being, you know, dark.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like with Remote as our employer of record is that they are supporting us 24/7 through their online portal and.  Remote portal has been providing HR services such as payroll, government-related inquiries, employer certification and other HR- related concerns. I find their services more convenient than any traditional HR onsite services since we are working offshore.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I hope they will have this call support system to make the communication faster. Although they have the chat support system, call support system will be more efficient.

Remote acts as our primary intermediary Human resource (offshore). In behalf of our offshore direct company, Remote acts as our direct HR representative here in the Philippines. Our direct company has been benefiting by interlinking our PH government mandated HR policies through Remote Philippines. Its very crucial for a foreign country to hire someone in the Philippines because of the tedious government requirements and documentation. Remote is helping to get our direct employer hire Filipino talents through Remote Philippines.

Besides the user-friendly platform, every time I’ve needed help and opened a ticket, the team has responded quickly and been very patient in guiding me through the solution.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Since I use the platform as an EOR, it can sometimes be a bit challenging to understand what should be handled through Remote and what should be addressed directly with the company. Also there are some problems in some of the FAQ links, that do not exist anymore but are still being used. to answer questions.

I’ve been using Remote for about a month, and so far I haven’t noticed any major changes that have affected me or the platform’s functionality.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like having a single portal in Remote that allows me to keep everything under control, such as national holiday days and remaining leave. I can automatically request authorization for new leave, which is very convenient. I find it great to have a summary of all the payslips and receive notifications when the transfer is paid into my account. Moreover, the iPhone app is easy to use and very convenient when I'm on the go and don't have access to a PC. Access via iPhone is immediate and secure thanks to quick unlocking. Activating the profile was very easy and immediate, I received a link via email and just had to add personal data and the IBAN.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

It would be useful to have the ability to include the local city for those working fully remote and to automatically indicate local holidays.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to centralize payroll and leave management, solving complex management issues and document access. Having a single portal for vacations and payslips gives me control and ease. Additionally, the iPhone app is convenient and secure for quick access.

The setup and follow-up processes are highly intuitive, making it straightforward to request documentation. To date, I haven’t encountered any issues requiring additional payroll assistance but when required I reached out to Ai Assistance and it clarified my doubts.

Managing multiple platforms can be clunky. It would be highly beneficial to consolidate our processes and submit timesheets and time off requests right inside the HR platform.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Using Remote makes it easy for me to track my timesheets. It also clearly shows the time off I’ve requested, along with holidays. In addition, my payslips are well organized in the tabs, so they’re easy to find whenever I need them. Overall, it’s a very helpful and convenient software for work.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

So far, based on my current use, I haven’t noticed any downsides to using the Remote, as it serves its purpose very well.

The Remote software is solving the hours I am submitting every time my timesheets are checked by my lead. It benefits me since my pay are transparent with the software. We struggled with the inputs of time but now we can enter the default schedule we set that is saving time.

I like the app. It's easy to use for the most part and I can track PTO, pay, holidays, etc. The initial setup of Remote was fairly easy.

The way hours are tracked - there should be a way to input default hours and edit them as needed instead of having to add them manually every day

What I don't like about Remote is that once the invoice is created and the payment is about to go out, I cannot change the payment method that I chose from the beginning. If I ever tried to use a different method, once the invoice is created, I cannot change it any longer. I believe it would be a great idea if they could add a section in which the money can go to different payment methods, allowing me to divide the payment. It would be great to divide the payment once I receive it, to send it to two different payment methods. This way, I could save in one account and spend from another if I have more than one account.

It's great, super easy, and super intuitive.

It's a little limited on what it shares with the payslip. I'm used to ADP where it has a huge amount of information that's all broken down, whereas this payslip is a little bit more basic.

I really like that Remote makes it easy to work for a company in another country while respecting the guidelines and laws of your home country, which I consider very important. I also appreciate that payments are always managed on time and communication is clear and fast. The support is excellent, with an artificial intelligence chat that provides a lot of help, and when you send a ticket, they respond within 24 hours, starting to solve any problem. The onboarding platform is very clear, with a checklist that guides you on which documents to upload and what you need to answer. I feel very comfortable with Remote, and I consider it highly recommendable. Additionally, I like that they respect local laws, including, for example, in Mexico, benefits like Infonavit and social security, and that you can work from anywhere in the world.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

What could perhaps be improved is the response time for tickets. I understand that the helpdesk receives many tickets a day and it is not easy to respond to all of them in minutes, but it would be good if these response times could be reduced, especially for urgent queries that require quick attention, through a person, for example.

The reliability that comes with Remote that I find interesting is the fact that it has brought to global workforce management. I do not have to work with various vendors, but I often have the same platform where I manage payments and contracts to my overseas marketing and support team. It is also integrated with our accounting software, which simplifies reconciliation after the end of every month. It had to be implemented with planning, but when it was live, ease of use helped me with my daily administration work and minimized compliance risks.

A negative effect of Remote is that some of the processes, such as contract adjustments, may be slower than they should be. The workflow can also introduce some additional steps when I must make some urgent changes on behalf of a team member. That has slowed some of the internal decisions. The customer care is responsive, and the response time may be different according to the problem. I also believe that the amount of features may be a bit daunting initially, which slightly affected us during the implementation stage.

So I would love to see for each commission check that comes in, the percentage of how much that we made. Broken down into what month it was for, and so forth. Just some a better in-depth more detailed, commission breakdown for us.

I work for a Finnish company, but since I’m based in Spain, I was absolutely certain I didn’t want a freelancer position because taxes here are quite complicated. I made sure to ask about this in every interview. When they explained that they use an EOR and I wouldn’t have to handle anything myself, it was ideal. We even receive benefits through the platform, which makes sense since some Finnish benefits aren’t available in Spain. In the end, it really feels like working for a Spanish company. The chatbot is also quite helpful, and whenever I’ve needed to open a support ticket, the issue was resolved quickly.

Also, they are sync with Personio, so i can request my holidays in just one place and they are automatically replicated on our internal HR system

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The only task I had to handle manually was adjusting our bank holidays. On my island, we have regional holidays, which were already set up, but there are also specific island and city bank holidays. For those, I had to submit a manual request to have them added. It would be much more convenient if this process were automated.
