Installation is pretty easy, file transfer is very easy and very secure, Remote Utilities offers so many interesting features, we can record in video the entire remote session, we can easily support our clients remotely and also receive support from our suppliers, we can also work from home setting up our office's computers as host, the windows desktop app is wonderful, we can also access to our clients' computers or our own computers by using our mobile devices thanks to the android and apple apps, being able to give remote support from our phones and tablets is great, we do not have to be in front of a computer in order to do that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be better if we could have just one integrated application for the software, it comes by separate, so we need to install one app for viewer and one app for host as separate, even though it is a nice option for our clients because they only need the host functionality, another thing to point is the fact that sometimes when we our accessing from our phones and the internet connection is not good the session tends to freeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most important aspect is that the free version lets you have up to 10 connections. This way users can effectively consider if purchasing it or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used it for few weeks and connectivity over different locations was often not good. It is a bad situation if you need to use it for your job! In addition it requires an installer for those who start connection and another for users who receive it. Absolutely need to improve the dashboard that is anything but intuitive. Thank you for your review! Since this review was posted the new version 6.9 has been released. It has improved performance so we highly recommend that you upgrade to that version (both parts - Viewer and Host/Agent).
With regards to the installer only option, actually both sides of a remote connection can use a portable version. On the Viewer side it's the "Portable Viewer" module and on the remote side it's the "Agent" module.
We will do our best to further improve the UI and add more exciting features.
