## Remote Recruit Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless Payments Across Borders with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanay K. | Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I really like how easy and convenient it is to use Remote as a software. They have added a lot of new features, and its security is impressive. I don't have to create recurring bills every time; I just create an invoice, add a timer, and it automatically creates the bills every month. It also offers features like checking my currency in different countries, and the data of my invoices is secure. It's a very seamless platform, especially for tracking invoices and payments.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I think, in my understanding, there's no such negative points about Remote. It just, they can add some more functionalities to nudge the third party company to pick clear the bills on time or to invoice to clear the invoices on time.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to track payments and invoices across countries. It's seamless for creating and managing transactions without manual recurring invoices. The platform's automation of bills and secure handling of multi-currency data simplifies my payment processes.

 ### 2. Streamlined Payments with Some Mobile Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** El Moez A. | iOS engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I appreciate how Remote helps me receive payments seamlessly as a freelancer working with a foreign company, acting efficiently as an intermediary for transactions. The platform significantly simplifies the management of payslips, making them easier to handle for both myself and the company employing me. I love the website's user-friendly design, which ensures a smooth and bug-free experience, free from technical interruptions or shutdowns. Additionally, Remote's intuitive setup and ease of use further enhance its functionality, making it highly efficient for my needs. The entire experience is complemented by the high quality of the website, which makes Remote a reliable tool in my freelance operations.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I don't like that the app on the phone keeps disconnecting, adding unnecessary friction each time I need to reconnect. This issue detracts from the overall seamlessness I expect from the service. Additionally, the assurance part within Remote is quite unclear to me. The fee is very high compared to what my local assurances cost, and opting out isn't straightforward once I've opted in, which is regrettable.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to easily manage and receive payments as a freelancer from a foreign company, reducing the complexity of international transactions and simplifying payslip management.

 ### 3. Effortless Onboarding and Payroll with Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elida Elizabeth G. | Client Success Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

As an employee using Remote, my experience has been extremely positive. The platform makes everything, from onboarding to my monthly payroll simple and stress-free. My contract and personal documents were easy to access, and the onboarding steps were clear and well-organized. One of the things I appreciate most is how reliable payroll is. I’m always paid on time each month, and the breakdowns are transparent and easy to understand. Whenever I’ve had questions, the support team has been quick and friendly in their responses. They make you feel supported even when working from another country. Overall, Remote has made the administrative side of being a remote employee effortless. Highly recommend it to anyone working for a global company.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Overall, the platform functions very well, but I have noticed that response times from support can fluctuate depending on how complex the issue is. The support team always provides helpful answers, though there have been times when I had to wait longer than I anticipated for further clarification. While this isn't a significant problem, it is an area where there could be some improvement.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it possible for me to work for a company based in another country without dealing with complicated local paperwork, tax forms, or compliance requirements. Everything related to onboarding, payroll, documents, and time off is centralized and easy to manage.
This takes a lot of the stress out of being an international employee. I don’t have to figure out legal or HR processes on my own. Remote handles it behind the scenes, so I can focus fully on my job. The reliability of payroll and the transparency of the platform have also given me a lot of peace of mind.

 ### 4. Effortless International Hiring with Consistent Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dariana S. | International recruitment manager, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

My favorite aspect of Remote is that it maintains the recruiting process of colleagues in other nations in a consistent manner. I use it a lot, and that frequency of use assists me to remain organized in case of multiple contracts that I get at the same time. The fact that the number of features that ensure that I can hire locally makes me a big winner since it will provide order to things that would be chaotic otherwise. The process was less painful and made international employments seem much less frightening.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The thing that irritates me the most is that not all international steps are as fast as I anticipate and since I use Remote on a regular basis, all of those delays strike directly. The features are good but I suppose some of them are limited when I am trying to push things along. The implementation was not challenging but these slows are nevertheless disruptive to my pace. Customer service is good, however, at times the waiting time is a strain on my schedules.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is an excellent solution to the havoc that may follow managing various hiring needs across the globe. Its presence invariably makes the process organized to my team and myself. The fact that there are more features associated with the contracts and local rules enables us not to scramble to find the missing information. The process of implementation did not result in any stress, and we have customer support measures that intervene in situations where we find ourselves in something new. It makes it so easy to hire abroad to everybody.

 ### 5. Remote's project management streamlined our workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto T. | Remote User Experience Strategist, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

The best thing about Remote is that it is the simplest platform to use when managing global compliance processes. The interface makes it smooth and easy to use, which is why it is seen as a UX approach. I love that Remote helps HR teams offload their cognitive load and transform what would have been an intimidating and global experience into an experience-driven and user-friendly one.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I do believe that the reporting can be improved to suit various user requirements. Greater ability to filter and visualize data would enable teams to identify trends such as gaps in compensation or compliance trends in the region much faster. The support can be fairly strong and understanding but sometimes the way to the necessary professional might be even more straightforward.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Remote, our increasing remote workforce was a quilt in the payroll and benefits management. Each recruitment of a new employee insinuated work duration in research and thousands of mails to different providers. Our finance department has centralized payroll, benefits and compliance dashboard following the adoption of Remote. It has freed up much of the time, which we can now utilize to focus on our core business and has accelerated the company to grow at a high pace across the borders.

 ### 6. Streamlined Hiring with Unmatched Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Group Financial Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I love how easily Remote accommodates our needs as a business. The onboarding process is incredibly swift and straightforward, which is a huge advantage when time is against us during periods of restructuring or when resettling our global footprint. The platform makes onboarding new hires seamless and efficient. I am particularly impressed with Remote's capacity to access a broader talent pool without the necessity of setting up a bespoke entity, significantly reducing our administrative burden and potential compliance risks. The integration of local expertise for handling employee benefits is invaluable; it takes away the ambiguity and provides immense comfort in ensuring employees receive the benefits they are entitled to. This includes the management of expenses on the platform, which makes contractors feel more connected to our company by making them feel like an integral part of the team. Additionally, the flexibility in planning and tiering options allows us to start small and build confidence in the vendor without overcommitting. Lastly, Remote's user experience is notably intuitive and immediately obvious, which is essential for our operations. Overall, the combination of these features and the simplicity of user interactions make Remote a platform I highly value and would unreservedly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I find that the invoices could have more detail, especially in terms of their pre-funding invoices. It would help us to see how the month reconciles without needing to click through multiple places to understand how they should be coded in our accounting system. The current process is a bit cumbersome and can require more administrative effort than I would like.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to access a broader talent pool, reducing the need for setting up local entities, and minimizing compliance admin, which cuts costs and potential fines.

 ### 7. Effortless Paperwork Management for Remote Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lou S. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I love how easy it was to get all of the required legal documents filed and accurately signed without a lot of hassle or time. It's wonderful that Remote brings everything right to me, shows exactly where I need to sign, and explains what every piece of paperwork is for. It makes me feel confident and very efficient in filling out my paperwork, helping me save time and reduce stress. The setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote simplifies working remotely by making it easy to fill out necessary paperwork accurately and quickly. I love how it provides all required legal documents without hassle, and guides me on where to sign, ensuring efficiency and reducing stress.

 ### 8. Awful Experience

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam A. | Lead Technical Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

It is easy to track my payment and to see when it is gonna arrive in my account.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

They are the worst app I have ever used, I had to reach out to them to see what was the problem with my payment, they did not know what the problem was and I had to create "fake" invoices to check the status of my account and I caught the problem and asked them to help me. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND I AM STILL WAITING MY MONEY!! My company already payed my salary but haven't release it, I have been waiting ages to get it. After I was the one that solved the problem and informed them. Awful.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, they have no idea why their app is not working, you have no possibility to use Wise or Payoneer as payment method, you have to have a bank account and some banks are not allowed to recieve money from them, but they don't know why and you have to "guess" wich bank is allowed. I had to open a new account in order to get payed.

 ### 9. Effortless and efficient solution for remote team management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Data Annotator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Remote offers an incredibly smooth user experience, Their customer support is outstanding—quick, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Remote’s features are exactly what we need, nothing overly complex, and everything works seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about so far.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is solving the complex challenge of hiring, onboarding, and managing international employees while staying compliant with local labor laws. It eliminates the need to set up local entities, which saves us significant time and legal overhead. With Remote, we can easily expand our global team, manage payroll, benefits, and taxes in multiple countries from a single platform. This not only reduces administrative burden but also ensures accuracy and peace of mind. It's allowing us to scale quickly and confidently, knowing we’re fully compliant and supported every step of the way.

 ### 10. Honestly the easiest and most user-friendly website i haver ever worked with.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

The most helpful thing about Remote is that even with a small and simple interface for invoices, profiles, and other pages, nothing feels complicated. There are many options to choose from, but everything is still easy to understand. It`s very user-friendly, I also appreacite the variety of withdrawal methods, which give me more flexibility than i expected. I haven`t had a single issue with any part of the plataform, and that is just perfect.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The only issue i had was with the language. It would be great to have more language options. Other than that. I`ve been using it for two months now and haven`t had any other problems. Overall, 10/10.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it easy for me to receive international payments from my employer through invoices, without having to deal with complicated banking processes or hidden fees. It gives me security, reliability, and flexibility with different withdrawal methods, which saves me time and makes the whole process stress-free.

 ### 11. Empowering Global Teams with Seamless HR Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** valerio i. | Backend engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

Remote has completely transformed the way we manage our international team. Their platform is intuitive and comprehensive, making onboarding, payroll, and compliance effortless no matter where our employees are based. What really stands out is their Employer of Record (EOR) service—it removes the complexity of hiring globally and ensures we’re always compliant with local laws. The company’s fully remote and asynchronous culture also reflects in how efficiently they operate and support us. It’s clear that they deeply understand the needs of remote-first organizations.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

While the platform is robust, there is a bit of a learning curve when navigating some of the more advanced features. Occasional delays in customer support responses can also happen due to time zone differences, but their support team is knowledgeable and helpful once engaged.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves the challenge of working internationally without the legal and administrative headaches. As an employee, I benefit by having a secure, legally compliant job in my home country while working for a foreign company. It ensures I'm paid on time in my local currency, have access to social contributions and benefits, and don’t need to worry about local employment regulations—Remote takes care of it all. This gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus fully on my work.

 ### 12. Great Tool, but can be improved.s

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Adonis G. | Team Lead Supervisor, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I recently used Remote as a payment platform, and overall, my experience was smooth. Once my contractor approved the payment, the funds were deposited into my bank account within 24 hours, which was impressive. The platform functioned as intended, and I had no issues with delays or missing payments.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The only drawback I encountered was the verification process, which required me to submit multiple documents before it was completed. While I understand the need for security and compliance, the process felt a bit more tedious than expected.

That said, Remote is a reliable platform for payments, and once you're fully verified, transactions are quick and efficient.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our payment process easier and faster. However, they had a Swift Fee that's applied when they need to convert the currency you're being paid with to your local currency, and despite having a bank account with the same currency, they didn't eliminate this fee. The solution was to use Stripe Connect as an intermediary for my payments, which adds 2 business days to have the transaction completed. It was easy to set up, but I think the wait is not necessary and they just need to validate that there is no currency conversion to eliminate the fee.

 ### 13. Fast, reliable, and stress-free payment platform for global freelancers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** FiDo H. | Freelance Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

As a freelance writer, I receive payments via Remote — and the experience has been outstanding. The payment arrives quickly (usually within 1–2 days after approval), and the platform is very user-friendly. I love how I can clearly see the contract terms, payment dates, and status updates without needing to chase anyone. It gives me peace of mind, especially as someone working remotely across borders. Also, the email notifications are timely and clear, which makes everything smooth and transparent.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

There isn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention something, I’d say I wish there were more payment currency options or clearer fee breakdowns when converting between currencies. But overall, these are minor points compared to how well the platform performs.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps me receive international payments securely and quickly without the usual stress of currency conversions or compliance issues. It solves the problem of delayed payments and unclear contract terms, especially for freelancers like me who work remotely for global clients. Everything is transparent, well-documented, and professionally managed.

 ### 14. Reliable and Professional Platform for Global Freelancers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fel Caress H. | Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

What I like best about Remote is its reliability and ease of use. It ensures I get paid on time, provides clear visibility into my contracts and payouts, and makes the entire process of working with an international employer smooth and stress-free

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Overall, my experience with Remote has been very positive. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that occasional delays in document updates or platform notifications can happen—but they’re rare, and the support team is responsive and helpful when I reach out.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves several challenges for me as a freelancer working internationally. It streamlines the payroll process, ensuring I receive payments on time and in the correct currency without worrying about cross-border complications. It also handles tax compliance and documentation, saving me time and reducing the risk of errors. This reliability and ease of use allow me to focus more on my work, knowing that administrative tasks are taken care of efficiently

Remote made my onboarding smooth and worry-free. Everything from contracts to payslips is clearly laid out on the platform, and I feel fully supported as an employee working for a company based in another country. The interface is easy to use, and I was able to get up and running with very little effort. I check the platform regularly and have always found the features I need, from payslip downloads to contract details. It’s well thought out and feels like it integrates easily into how I work. Their support team is quick to respond, and I appreciate how straightforward everything is — I never feel lost or unsure about anything related to my employment. Remote was a dream to implement for my employer. I use it daily to log my time. The app is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

It was a bit tricky to switch my account from contractor to employee, and there were a few confusing steps. That said, the support team was fantastic — super responsive and helpful — and they helped me get everything sorted out quickly. Once the switch was done, everything worked perfectly and smoothly from there.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

While my overall experience with Remote has been very positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the platform’s response time when loading certain sections can be a bit slow, especially when managing multiple hires.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves the challenge of hiring and managing international employees by handling compliance, payroll, and legal requirements.no need to set up local entities or navigate complex regulations.

 ### 18. From EoR-Only to a Full-Service HRIS Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wiebke S. | VP People, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

The Customer Support team is highly responsive and efficient, consistently providing quick and effective assistance whenever issues arise. Their commitment to resolving problems promptly makes them a reliable partner in day-to-day operations.
	•	The platform goes beyond just Employer of Record (EoR) services—it offers a comprehensive solution that allows you to manage not only EoR employees but also contractors and employees within your own legal entities. In essence, it functions as a full-fledged HR Information System (HRIS), streamlining workforce management across various employment types.
	•	The user experience is intuitive and modern, making the platform easy to navigate and pleasant to use even for those without a technical background. Its clean design and thoughtful user interface ensure that teams can adopt and use it with minimal training.

	•	The management team is approachable and open, especially in situations where escalation is necessary. They are willing to listen, act quickly, and engage directly to resolve more complex challenges when needed.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Resolving payroll-related issues can sometimes take longer than expected, primarily because the company collaborates with local external payroll providers. This added layer of coordination can delay responses and make it harder to get immediate clarity on certain payroll matters.
	•	The pricing and invoicing structure lacks transparency at times. It’s not always clear what specific services are being charged upfront versus those included in reconciliation invoices later on, which can lead to confusion and difficulty in financial planning.
	•	Certain features that were originally offered free of charge have at times become paid features without sufficient notice or clear communication. This shift can be frustrating for customers who have built processes around those functionalities.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is an amazing idea, shaping the future of the work industry and taking it to a new level.
The support team is always very helpful and ready to answer to any question or doubt

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I am still relatively new to Remote so I have not yet gotten into the position of finding something I wasn't happy about.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps companies to hire internationally without the hammer of the bureaucracy hanging on their heads.

 ### 22. Great Dashboard and Flexibility, But Payment Processing Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

Flexibility to manage my contractors and employees EOR from other countries. Easy to use when approving holidays and tracking the time off, good to see employees birthdays, upcoming bank holidays etc. So good dashboard function

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Too long time for payment processing (salary, incentive payment), contract changes take quite long to process

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not need to incorporate separate entities to employ people from other countries. Background checks could be covered by you, which is also beneficial for us. Central HRIS system with all employee details in one place

 ### 23. Simply the Best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis C. | Director of SBA Loans, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

Remote makes cross-border hiring feel straightforward. I can spin up compliant, country-specific contracts, pay everyone on time in their local currency, and see costs in a single dashboard. Support is responsive when I hit edge cases, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

None. Remote is fantastic. Everything is Ok.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote removes the friction of cross-border hiring—compliance, payroll, and benefits in one platform—so we scale internationally without spinning up entities or risking non-compliance.

 ### 24. This software made hiring internationally feel way less stressful than i thought it would be

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni A. | HR & Digital marketing specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

One thing I really appreciate about Remote is how they handle the Employer of Record side of things. It completely bypasses the complexity of setting up local entities just to hire someone in another country. The global payroll processing is smooth once set up for each team member. This links nicely into managing local statutory benefits for our team members abroad through the platform. Knowing they're handling compliance with different labor laws takes a huge weight off our shoulders. It makes building a distributed team feel much more manageable and less risky from a legal standpoint.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The cost can be a bit of a factor, especially when you're starting out with just a couple of employees in different locations. It feels like a significant investment compared to trying to manage payroll or benefits locally yourself, though that DIY approach has its own risks. Sometimes navigating specific country-specific onboarding requirements on the platform can feel slightly less intuitive than the core process.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Remote, hiring anyone outside our home country felt incredibly daunting and risky. We would spend ages researching local labor laws, trying to figure out payroll logistics, and worrying if our contracts were even compliant. Now, Remote acts as the Employer of Record, handling all the legal complexities and ensuring everything meets local standards in each country we operate in. This has transformed how we think about hiring talent globally. We can focus on finding the best person for the job, regardless of location, without getting bogged down in administrative and compliance nightmares. It’s streamlined our international expansion efforts significantly and reduced our administrative burden.

 ### 25. Smooth, secure, and simple—Remote makes payments effortless for freelancers like me.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth P. | DojoTutor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

What I love most about Remote? It makes adulting easier. I don’t have to stress over spreadsheets, payment timelines, or taxes—Remote handles the grown-up stuff so I can focus on what I do best. The biggest upside? Feeling like a legit professional without needing a finance degree. It’s like having a quiet little assistant who always pays me on time (and never steals my lunch from the fridge).

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike—but if I had to nitpick, sometimes Remote feels like a really great robot butler… who won’t make eye contact or answer follow-up questions. I just wish there were more flexibility or faster human support when I need it. The platform works beautifully, but the few moments I need help, it’s like yelling into a canyon—well designed, but a little echoey. Still, the pros ABSOLUTELY outweigh the cons. And hey, at least it doesn’t ask me to update my password every 5 minutes like a clingy app with trust issues.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is solving the chaos of international freelance payments—no more juggling tax forms, conversion rates, or wondering if my payment’s floating somewhere in the digital void. It takes the messy admin work off my plate so I can focus on teaching, creating, and doing what I actually love. It’s like having a backstage crew that handles the boring stuff so I can stay in the spotlight without tripping over wires.

 ### 26. Simple and Easy to Use

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I used Remote to work on a contract basis for a company, and the experience has been super smooth and great so far. The platform made it super easy to follow instructions, file in all the paperwork needed before the start on my contract like signing NDAs and identity verification. Even creating invoices was super quick, which is often an issue when done manually. Everything was straightforward, and I didn’t have to deal with any complicated onboarding processes.

I did come across some issues in verification but their customer support was super quick to deal with the issue and come up with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Nothing.
Everything that I needed worked smoothly for me.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it easy to work with companies from different countries without worrying about contracts or payments. I am from India and I currently live in the UK and I have freelancing clients across the world. Remote handles everything smoothly, so I can focus on my work without stress. The simple invoicing and payment process saved me time and ensured I got paid on time.

I highly recommend using Remote.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I believe it would be beneficial to have pop-up notifications when an invoice has been approved and when it has been paid.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It assists with all invoices and payments from the employer to the employee..

 ### 29. Remote.com simplify hires for everyone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignacio K. | Software Engineer (3), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

Remote.com allows companies to hire people from many countries without worrying about the specifics of each place.

Their hiring process is easy to follow, and the product/support people are kind. They helped me a lot while onboarding my new company.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

When I was onboarding the company, I never received a call from remote.com to help me get onboard. However, I should say that I received a lot of emails and stuff to read that was equally helpful. That being said, a call would have been nice.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee is really beneficial, it allows us to work for foreign companies as an actual employees instead of having to do annoying stuff like being a contractor.

 ### 30. More than enough for both begginers and experts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I've been using the platform for 14 months now. Since min one I have been feeling quite confortable since the UI it's really intuitive and easy to catch up with, which makes everything so much better for a first-time invoice maker. Implementing it with my allied business has been really easy, feels like "I had nothing to do" to make it work. Now that also my payments are automated I just have to use it every few weeks to check everything is ok. Payments arrive fast and issue-free, there's nothing I would like to change about any feature.

I remember that my first month using it, since everything was very new, I still had doubts and I wasn't sure on how to sign a contract. Turned out there was some kind of bug on the app, but I reached Customer Support and in less than 24 hours they not only contacted me but also solved my issue.

Since I only have one company to make my invoices to, I may lose a few functionalities, but overall I would still recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Since English is not my first language and I'm not too experienced with sales and business vocabulary maybe being able to put the app onb other languages would be something great to implement.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes a conection between countries to make everything seem closer to us. If it wasn't thanks to Remote, I would not be able to enroll my invoices in such an automated way, leading to late payments with maybe not 100% of my money.

 ### 31. Simple, transparent, and reliable platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

What I appreciate most about Remote is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. Uploading my invoices takes just a few clicks, and I love that I can track exactly how and when each one is processed. The platform provides a clear breakdown of payment statuses. The user experience is clean and straightforward, making day-to-day tasks quick. It gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is handled in one place, clearly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that sometimes notifications about updates or changes in status could be a bit more prompt or visible, but that’s a small detail in an otherwise smooth experience.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me Remote solves the challenge of working with international clients and getting paid efficiently and transparently. As a freelancer, managing contracts, invoices, and cross-border payments can be stressful and time-consuming. Remote simplifies that entire process by handling compliance, automating payments, and giving me full visibility into the status of my invoices. It takes the guesswork out of getting paid, which allows me to focus more on my work and less on admin tasks.

 ### 32. Great experience using Remote software, amazing customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I like that the software is simple and easy to use while still providing all the necessary features needed for anyone working remotely like myself. I also was amazed by how great the customer support was, I got answers for all my request emails within hours at maximum, and the staff was very patient and helpful. I use this product as part of my job and it made the process so much easier for both me and my employer.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Sometimes it can take quite some time for the payments to go through, which is not a bad thing since I know using different payment methods makes the result differ, that's why I changed the payment method and now the payments are going through faster.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Remote is solving for me is getting my payments securely from my employer since I work remotely from a different country, it also helped me during the on-boarding process by making it easier to share and sign documents through the portal.

 ### 33. Interesting and organized platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian S. | Software Implementation Specialist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

It is a very interesting and organized platform, I signed up two months ago, and everything worked as intended. Organized platform, helpful people and you can find everything very easy!

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Nothing at this point. Everything is more than okay.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring through the platform, payroll and certificates.

 ### 34. Good application, very understandable interface

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alain Link . | Software Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

That it is very well done, the interface is very intuitive, you don't have to search much, because everything is easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

That it takes days for the money to arrive, even when the director has already paid your invoice, they said it would take hours or 3 days at most, but in our particular case, it takes at least 5 business days.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem with Remote is the time it takes to pay your invoice. Initially, they mention that your payment could take 1 to 3 hours to reflect in 98% of cases, while very rarely, the remaining 2% could take up to 3 business days.

In actual use of the application, we've been using it for a month and a half, and it has taken at least 5 days for the payment to reflect, even when the company has already paid the payroll. This is really frustrating because your money takes many days to arrive.

 ### 35. Remote allows me to keep my finances and dates organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie A. | Operation's Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

So far I like the interface is friendly even with people who don’t like technology that much, it’s easy to use, some new employees have learned to use it they often have trouble with technology but didn’t have any with Remote.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I would love to create bi weekly invoices but being able to make changes individually to the description right before they get paid.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending payments to employees, documents like contracts are there.

 ### 36. Payday Made Easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan S. | Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

I like that Remote takes all the paperwork of contracts, invoices, and taxes and makes the process easy. My company places the contract into Remote I can easily sign it using their software. Invoices can be uploaded, approved, and paid with just a couple clicks of a button. This makes the implementation process easy on both ends.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

There is not a lot that I dislike about remote. I do wish their speed of uploading and approving could be a little bit faster but I like that it means they are being thorough.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to have all my paperwork (Contracts, Invoices, payments) in one place. They are able to complete my background check and digitally sign my contracts. This saves me time going back and forth with my company.

 ### 37. Clean experience with a few small bugs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isla M. | Freelance Editor and Writer | Novelist, and Poet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

Getting set up on Remote was a breeze. It was my first time using the product, but my client uses the service exclusively. I was able to quickly add just enough information to get the contract processed and I already have my first payment received!

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The automatic invoice generator times out awfully quickly. You'll want to make sure you have all the information you need to create the invoice at hand or you can find yourself with a beautiful invoice that you can't submit because your session timed out.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it easy to have all my contracts and other records in one place.

The seemless payments to any local bank and the UI that is very user friendly

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in a different part of the world and receiving payments for my services as well as other important details such as signing contract documents can be difficult. having remote in between helps ease this as well as adds that extra layer of security knowing that the person on the other end is genuine and the money owed to me will be sent accordingly. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

As someone new to the platform, I expected the onboarding process to be a bit challenging and possibly overwhelming. To my surprise, after completing the welcome walkthrough, I realized everything was much simpler than anticipated. I thought I’d have to dig around to figure things out, but I didn’t. Every feature on Remote was clearly explained in a straightforward and concise way, making it easy to grasp. Within just a few days, I felt completely comfortable handling all the tasks I needed to do. The health insurance benefits also really impressed me.

Now, I log in once or twice a week just to check that everything’s running smoothly. It’s quick, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I really appreciate being able to manage all my invoices in one place, refer back to older ones if necessary, and keep a record of my days off. Another pleasant surprise was how seamless the currency conversion is and how reliably invoice payments are processed—always within 36 hours. Remote has made me feel secure and valued in my work.

I also had a great experience with Customer Support. I ran into some issues while trying to sign my contract, but I received both a helpful response and a solution in under 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

Would like to personalize the public holidays, since at least where I'm from (Spain) they vary according to Provinces. That would allow my clients a much real visualization of my days off :).

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm allowed to keep track of my client's paymets with the security I'll receive them.

 ### 45. One of the best tools if you want to work remotely for international agencies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

Remote is an extremely easy to use platform. I have had several encounters with the customer support staff and they have been more than helpful each time. Despite being a remote platform there is 100% trust that they would execute all processes with ease for each employee

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The platform is not all inclusive, like there are a lot of fields that are currently not added on the tool and we have to reach out to support to clarify those things or get those documents which would be much easier otherwise.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was employed by a company in Germany while I was based in India. Remote made it possible for me to be on the company's payroll and get the opportunity to work for an international agency.

 ### 46. Great experience as an employee and a superior on Remote

All employee requests are processed very quickly and requested documents are provided almost instantaneously. Sporadically longer waiting times for unique, non-standard requests

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring anywhere in the world, payroll, employee HR management, employee and cobtractor life cycle management

 ### 47. Innovative Product Experience so far.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sampreeth D. | Junior Adops Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote Recruit?**

The almost all in one interface and the true remote experience provided through the portal makes it satisfying for me. Loved the customer experience, I felt it was very unique to other portals I have used at different companies. No fuss in salary payments and regular updates, honest and easy to use features.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

I feel, when it comes to personal finance and managing tax, is something Remote needs to bring more options. I used a platform called Keka in India in my previous company. They had integrated with a popular tax managment portal called clear tax. If something similar is done even in-house, I believe it will really help with taxes and finance. Right now, its the only feature I feel isn't directluy availble on my end. Also, I would love to see more community involvement across remote users and more job lisitings to refer to my collegues and friends.

**What problems is Remote Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started out the interview and landed the Job with my a truly Remote US company(with no office in India), I had a lot of questions regarding the nature of employment, how and in what way they would prcess my employement keeping up with local laws and regulations. I got to know about Remote(EOR) solution and was honestly surprsied that such a solution even exists. Its a game changer for talents looking to work across global companies at the conmfort of their homes. I recieve a lot of questions from my collegues and family members regarding the nature of my employment and am very coinfident in letting them know its business as usual with and that they too can try out without any issues whatsover. A game changer indeed!! All thanks to Remote.

Did talk to customer support to clarify a small doubt I had and they were super quiick.

The biometric step to open the account on the app gives an extra security step also. It's awesome. I use the app every week and love it.

**What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?**

The app could provide more options to configure and edit information. But it does not happen to be a real problem, considering how complete the platform is on the browser.
