"Simply the Best!"
What do you like best about Remote Recruit?

Remote makes cross-border hiring feel straightforward. I can spin up compliant, country-specific contracts, pay everyone on time in their local currency, and see costs in a single dashboard. Support is responsive when I hit edge cases, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From EoR-Only to a Full-Service HRIS Solution"
What do you like best about Remote Recruit?

The Customer Support team is highly responsive and efficient, consistently providing quick and effective assistance whenever issues arise. Their commitment to resolving problems promptly makes them a reliable partner in day-to-day operations.

• The platform goes beyond just Employer of Record (EoR) services—it offers a comprehensive solution that allows you to manage not only EoR employees but also contractors and employees within your own legal entities. In essence, it functions as a full-fledged HR Information System (HRIS), streamlining workforce management across various employment types.

• The user experience is intuitive and modern, making the platform easy to navigate and pleasant to use even for those without a technical background. Its clean design and thoughtful user interface ensure that teams can adopt and use it with minimal training.

• The product is constantly evolving, with regular updates that bring new features and improvements. This ongoing innovation reflects a strong commitment to product excellence and adapting to customer needs.

• The management team is approachable and open, especially in situations where escalation is necessary. They are willing to listen, act quickly, and engage directly to resolve more complex challenges when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Recruit?

Resolving payroll-related issues can sometimes take longer than expected, primarily because the company collaborates with local external payroll providers. This added layer of coordination can delay responses and make it harder to get immediate clarity on certain payroll matters.

• The pricing and invoicing structure lacks transparency at times. It’s not always clear what specific services are being charged upfront versus those included in reconciliation invoices later on, which can lead to confusion and difficulty in financial planning.

• Certain features that were originally offered free of charge have at times become paid features without sufficient notice or clear communication. This shift can be frustrating for customers who have built processes around those functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
