"Excellent Support, but Challenging Setup and Slow Payroll Processing"

2.5/5

What do you like best about RemotePeople?

I appreciate the support provided by Katerina Nakou, the customer success manager from Horizons. She has been extremely helpful, which has significantly enhanced my experience with the service. Her support is a crucial element for me, bringing a level of reliability and assistance that I find invaluable, especially in light of the challenges I face with the overall payroll processing and financial invoices. Having such dedicated customer support makes a meaningful difference in how I perceive and value the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePeople?

The payroll team's overall responsive rate is not fast, with extreme delay in the past. I feel that the support from the payroll team, aside from individual efforts from customer success manager like Katerina Nakou, is lacking, which affects my confidence in using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RemotePeople solving and how is that benefiting you?

Horizon is support our company's PEO employees payroll, instead of us finding individual payroll provider for entities that have not set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you, Fiona, for the honest feedback — and for the kind words about Katerina, which we've passed along. We're sorry the payroll team's response times haven't matched that standard; delays there are unacceptable for something as critical as payroll, and we've been investing in the team and processes to fix exactly this. If any payroll item is still open, please flag it through Katerina or our support team and we'll escalate it immediately.
