Its been really good as it is able to run on most of the mobile devices. **What do you dislike about Remote Eye?** The user interface can be better. Also not this issue might not be under the controls of remoteeye, but as connection gets unstable the session breaks sometimes which is a real pain. **What problems is Remote Eye solving and how is that benefiting you?** we have deployments in quite a few countries in europe , most of the time our partners arent able to visit the site personally so we have save quite a lot of time using remoteeye to access the sitution on the deployment site by sending anyone available without any prior knowledge of the devices. This has also saved a lot as we dont need to hire technicians in those places as we ccan mostly resolve everything remotely. ### 2. You can't follow the instructions correctly; that time, you want a human interaction with you who will give you and assist you in repairing and resolving any issue you are facing, not just by talking to you but by being present virtually, at the scene seeing what you want them to see. and I think REMOTE EYE is doing the exact thing. ### 3.
