4.5/5
What do you like best about Remote Desktop Services?

The idea itself is just amazing, we can connect and access an another pc or server through our system from any location. So its an amazing tool for professionals. Also it Doesn't compramize on security and we feel like we have opened a folder or application from our system itself as the connection is buttor smooth when compare this to the other applications like teamviewer, anydesk etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Services?

The connection is super fast, however the screen we have accessed will display in our system with a lesser resolution than the original resolution. Otherwise no problems found seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Remote Desktop Services is most beneficial for authorized software use for authorized personnel."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Remote Desktop Services?

Remote Desktop services could be enabled when you have limited licenses for a product of use. The main product could be installed on the main server/workstation. The product could be accessed by having this workstation accessed via remote desktop on multiple clients. About 30 employees from our organization access remote desktop at the same time to access products like snowflake, MS Azure servers etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Services?

The connectivity to Remote desktop servers would need an intermediate gateway like Citrix or similar clients to access the feature. The connection to remote desktop services could break several times in a day as the connectivity is always a bit volatile. The remote desktop server if shutdown accidentally could impact the work for an entire orgnization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
