Remote Desktop services could be enabled when you have limited licenses for a product of use. The main product could be installed on the main server/workstation. The product could be accessed by having this workstation accessed via remote desktop on multiple clients. The connectivity to Remote desktop servers would need an intermediate gateway like Citrix or similar clients to access the feature. The connection to remote desktop services could break several times in a day as the connectivity is always a bit volatile.
