I know how to use it, I know it just works, but it has a steep learning curve, I'm not on the point yet to actually set up a remote server, I have read how to do it but it's not easy. It increases security big time. By only having a machine that can access the infrastructure and then connecting to it only if you are inside a specific VPN with the right permissions, It's really a robust setting. I like the simplicity of configuring and storing access details. Most of our organization using Remote Desktop Services is only accessing one specific server, so being able to easily store and update the access point and my credentials is incredibly useful for the everyday experience. Remote Desktop Services is a free solution available in Microsoft systems. The main advantage of RDS is the fact that it allows us to connect to the computer and server remotely. Remote Desktop Service is very easy to use a tool, which facilitates the work of the person responsible for the equipment in the company because thanks to it we can remotely solve software problems. I like that I am able to access programs from my MacBook that are on a PC. We use a program called Active Directory for our students' information and rather than having to change computers when I need to access information from the active directory, I am able to access the information from my MacBook.
