**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

What I like best about RemoFirst is how user-friendly and reliable the platform is. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes managing multi-country payroll simple and stress-free. Implementation was smooth, and their customer support team is very responsive, friendly, and proactive. They consistently provide updates and improvements to the system, which shows they truly listen to their clients. The automation features also save us a lot of time and reduce manual errors.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

Overall, our experience has been very positive. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be adding even more advanced reporting and customization options for payroll summaries. While the current features work well, having deeper analytics or more flexible export formats would make the platform even stronger. That said, the team is always open to feedback and continuously improving the system.

**What problems is RemoFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemoFirst simplifies global employment and multi-country payroll, which can otherwise be complex and time-consuming. **What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

I like how easy the platform has been built and how convenient it is to access each and every feature, especially the ones where we apply for leaves, check whether paychecks are available, and all of the other criteria. The initial setup was way easier than I assumed; I just had to log in, all of my details were already there, and the instructions were quite clear, making the login process very smooth.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

I feel that some charts in the RemoFirst dashboard aren't very useful for me, particularly those that represent just the base salary in pie charts. It's not a very big issue, but it's something I noticed.

**What problems is RemoFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemoFirst helps me work remotely by managing paychecks and payslips. It provides an HR portal for easy access to important features like applying for leaves and checking paycheck availability.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

The web portal is a definite advantage, as it streamlines both the onboarding process and account management—features that my previous provider lacked. Having a dedicated hiring manager and customer success manager is another benefit. I also appreciate the prompt responses to emails.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

Before joining RemoFirst, I explored the platform from the perspective of a potential employee rather than an employer. I ran into some challenges during the initial contact process, as I was required to complete an online form and set up a meeting intended for prospective employers. It was only after I clarified in the meeting details that I was attending as an EOR employee, not as an employer, and that I was interested in learning more about the RemoFirst platform, that I was redirected appropriately via email.

**What problems is RemoFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am employed by an Irish company while working fully remotely from Poland, and I am able to make pension contributions in Poland.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

Design: The design is very simple. Its all plain white which gives a very clean look. There are few main tabs and its easy to find the informations you need like profile, time-off, expenses, payslips, documents uploaded and contract agreements.

Process: Its easy to file leaves and get approved and you can see the status as well in the portal. You will be notified via email that your leave request has been approved. 

Security:  There is an option to enroll your account to MFA(Multi-factor Authentication) which adds additional level of security aside from your personalized password.

Support: Whenever I have questions, I contact the support team to raise my concerns. They do reply within the day or sometimes, faster. My concerns were addressed properly, and additional informations were given to me to help me understand the resolution they made. With all the concerns I raised, I would say, their CS is doing great a job!

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

I just find it confusing that the leave is accumulating until the end of the year which means, there were decimals in the platform as days go by. It will be easier and if there where few columns showing only the Carryover, Annual entitlement, Used and Left  balance. The Accrued and Ad hoc adjustment seems confusing. I recently asked an adjustment on my leaves because I'm seeing incorrect numbers and the ad-hoc adjustment is still zero is it is not used at all. Overall, the platform is user-friendly. Thank you!

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

It was simple to set up out RemoFirst account. I was assigned someone to guide me through the process and I could call them with any questions. The coordination with our finance department was easy to set up and has worked well. The website is easy and intuitive to use and I can make multiple changes in very few steps. The cost is reasonable as well. Finally, when I do have an issue, the customer service has been helpful and friendly.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

I haven't experienced any downside yet, so there's nothing to add here.

**What problems is RemoFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aren't an international company, but we found a candidate who we felt would be an excellent hire who resided outside of the United States, our home country. We didn't want to set ourselves up as an employer in Canada for one person, as it would be far too complicated. RemoFirst allowed us to hire the best talent for our role without having to worry about employment issues, from taxes, to benefits, to employment laws and regulations.

What I like most about RemoFirst is how smooth and stress-free the whole process is. The platform is easy to navigate, the onboarding is simple, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. They handle everything quickly and professionally, which saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. Overall, RemoFirst makes remote employment much easier and more organized.

Overall my experience has been great. The only thing I dislike is that some processes take a bit longer due to country-specific regulations, but the team is always supportive and responsive.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

I work remotely and have been using RemoFirst in my present organization. I am a very frequent user. The application is easy to understand and a number of useful features. They have a help center for FAQ which is very helpful. 
The onboarding process was smooth and easy. I was able to upload/ view all my required documents. The customer support is helpful. They do reply promptly, they also have been providing regular support for queries. Salary is processed correctly with no mistakes neither  has there been any delay. Salary is always on time.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

The Customer Support is only available via email. There should be phone support as well. Also customer support does not work on weekends. At least a half day on weekends should be happening. 
Expense reimbursements aside from the salary have a strict cutoff for the 3rd of every month. This becomes a tad difficult especially when the expense is a large amount. Ex an expense approved even on 7th of any month is not added to the payroll of that month but rather the next month. The Payroll cutoff should be later than the 3rd of the month.

I work remotely and RemoFirst enables my American employers to pay me in my own currency. I am also employed under the labor laws of my country this is good for tax and compliance purposes.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

Very easy service, after accepting a job in a startup setting a new base in the UK I was asked to use the service. Introduction emails and initial signup was extremely easy with all required documents uploaded onto thier platform and contract sent all in one place. Carol who was my assigned contact was quick to reply and get eveything sorted and set up. Good to have a easy UK representative when starting in a overseas company.

Not the easiest to find out how to log back on as a user without following the link in the original email. Would be nice to have a heads up from RemoFirst about who the ID verification will be from as I had to check that they were not phising when I got a test message from the company.

What I appreciate most about RemoFirst is how effortlessly it simplifies global hiring and compliance. Any time I’ve needed clarification on local regulations or employment guidelines, their responses have been fast, clear, and genuinely helpful.

There isn’t anything fundamentally negative, but there are a few areas where RemoFirst could improve. At times, the dashboard can feel a bit limited when trying to view deeper analytics or export more customized reports. I’ve also noticed that certain region-specific onboarding steps could be streamlined further to make the process even faster. These aren’t deal-breakers, but enhancements here would make the overall experience even smoother.

RemoFirst removes the biggest barriers in hiring and managing global talent, compliance, payroll, and cross-country employment rules. Instead of dealing with complex legal requirements or coordinating with multiple local vendors, everything is handled in one place.

This has helped me save a significant amount of time on administrative tasks and reduce the risk of compliance issues. It also makes scaling teams across different countries much easier, because I can onboard talent quickly without worrying about local regulations or paperwork. **What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

I’m based in São Paulo, Brazil, and was hired by an Indian company headquartered in New Delhi. Normally, this process could have been extremely long and complicated, but RemoFirst made it surprisingly easy and straightforward.

What I appreciate the most is how everything is centralized on the platform. You simply upload your documents, and from there you can access your payslips, manage reimbursements, and keep track of everything in one place. The process is intuitive, implementation was smooth, and the customer support team has been consistently friendly and responsive whenever I needed help.

I’ve also used the platform for reimbursements without any issues, and I find the number of features very practical. Overall, the experience is reliable, simple, and efficient.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of a WhatsApp chat for quick, simple questions. It’s not a complaint—just something I believe would add an extra layer of convenience.

Overall, RemoFirst has been an excellent partner, and I highly recommend it to anyone navigating global hiring and HR processes.

RemoFirst is solving the complexity of international hiring and payroll. I am based in São Paulo, Brazil, and was hired by a company in New Delhi, India. Normally, this process would be extremely long, bureaucratic, and difficult to manage, but with RemoFirst everything is centralized and simple. I can upload documents, access payslips, submit reimbursements, and get support directly through the platform. This saves me a lot of time, gives me peace of mind, and allows both me and my employer to focus on the actual work instead of worrying about compliance and administration.

I am extremely satisfied with RemoFirst as it has simplified the setup process for me. The setup was very straightforward and easy, and whenever I had questions, I was able to receive quick and professional assistance. It's impressive how responsive the support is, as I can just email a contact at RemoFirst and get timely help. The software takes care of numerous HR functions like managing my pay slips, keeping track of benefits, contributing to pension plans, and managing vacation days, which allows me to focus more on my core responsibilities as a sales manager. These features essentially mirror having an HR manager while giving me the freedom to concentrate on sales. I am very pleased that my company decided to use Remofirst to employ me officially. My onboarding process was smooth and I'm on the payroll already for a couple of months. This works just as good as if my company were in my country of residence! Also several times I had additional requests (to provide a certificate, to update my information, to help me with family benefits) and someone from Remofirst team was always very fast to react and helpful. So I'm very happy

I had a small issue with payment of my bonus, which was delayed for a few months. But after we contacted Remofirst support, it was resolved in a matter of days, so I'm grateful for that

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

I appreciate how user-friendly RemoFirst is. The platform makes it incredibly easy to connect with clients and manage projects seamlessly. It’s intuitive and straightforward, which saves a lot of time. Plus, the support team is always there when I need help, which is a huge plus. Knowing that I can get assistance whenever I need it has been a significant advantage. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience so far.

The only thing that frustrates me a bit is that sometimes the webpage or the backend can feel a little slow, especially when dealing with urgent tasks. This delay can be a bit annoying, but other than that, everything else has been pretty smooth. I hope they can work on improving the speed in the future.

RemoFirst makes it easy to get set up with clients quickly, which saves a lot of time. Instead of dealing with long hiring processes or paperwork, I was onboarded fast and started working right away. **What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

What I liked about RemoFirst is the easy and quick onboarding process, and the quick turnaround times of their Customer Support team. They were always available and could solve issues without delays. Tone is professional and friendly, also in my video interactions with the team. It's also straightforward to implement RemoFirst into your own day-to-day processes, as the User Interface is simple to use and has all the features you would need to manage international payrolls. Especially for first time users (i.e. managing payrolls internationally for the first time), they took a lot of weight off my shoulders thanks to the ease of integration and implementation.

After the first 2 months, nothing bad comes to mind.

Main use is for EOR purposes. This allows us to hire great candidates across Europe, without the hassle of having to build up own entities in every country.

The RemoFirst agents are very responsive and assist with any needs in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

The only negative thing that I don't like about RemoFirst is the amount of time it takes for reimbursements to come through. Sometimes I am waiting over a month.

They helped me understand my health open enrollment period, since I’d like to switch to my company health plan when the time comes. They also helped me secure the proper documentation, such as workers’ comp certificates, so I can do my job.

I especially want to highlight the professionalism of the manager who assisted me with the onboarding process and was always available for support. The company’s software makes it easy to upload all necessary documents and later receive ready-made contracts and paperwork — it’s extremely convenient. The platform for tracking vacation and salary is also very user-friendly and clear. I have no negative impressions; everything is organized at a high level.

I found the setup process for RemoFirst really straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions and immediate responses from their employees. The application process is easy to navigate with their intuitive web UI, allowing me to easily follow along and understand what steps to take. Furthermore, the personal guidance from their employees, who maintain a good connection and promptly answer questions, has been particularly valuable.

I think the web UI could be improved by providing more detailed salary information. Currently, it only displays the gross salary, and it would be beneficial to include the take-home pay or net salary after deductions. This additional information could help employees like me negotiate if the salary is lower than expected. Having a more straightforward presentation of salary details would not only be helpful for employees but also for employers.

Really responsive and the whole process was explained with great clarity from the beginning. I found this very reassuring as a first-time user of this route to being an employer. All of the RemoFirst team that were assigned to the various parts of the process were extremely professional and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone considering them as a talent resource partner.

On top of all of this, the software portal to manage employees has clearly been well thought out and is immediately intuitive to the user from first log in.

I like the clean and clear interface of the Remofirst platform. All the documents, agreements, payslips and vacation entitlements in one place. It's cool that the platform shows my regional public holidays. Customer support communicated with me quickly and humanely.
I use RemoFirst a few times a month.

When I was about to sign a temporary employment contract with Remofirst as a temporary employment agency, I learned that in reality, I had to sign it with another legal entity which is a partner of Remofirst (some no-name GmbH in the case of Germany).  
I knew very little about the legal entity, so it was an unsettling experience.

Compliant employment in another country while residing in Germany. Without it, I wouldn't be able to work at my current company.
