When I email for help, they respond quickly and have an excellent record of figuring out the solution to whatever had me stuck. **What do you dislike about Remodel Health?** I don't have very many complaints. Probably the closest I come to being unhappy is that I find the entire setup confusing and a little difficult to have confidence in. I don't know anyone working at any other organization that goes through a similar process, so I have these moments where I wonder why all of this is necessary. **What problems is Remodel Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I have a medical expense, and my insurance denies it, I submit the EOB to Remodel Health through a very streamlined process, and in most cases I get reimbursed. And when anything unexpected happens, I just email the "care" address, and I get a quick and helpful response.
