Remodel Health is a health benefits administration solution and advisory partner that helps employers transition from traditional group health insurance to individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRAs). Our ICHRA+ product enables organizations to set predictable monthly health benefit budgets while empowering employees to choose the individual health insurance coverage that best fits their needs. At its core, Remodel Health combines purpose-built technology with hands-on service. Through our cloud-based platform, employers can design and manage ICHRA plans, configure employee classes and eligibility rules, generate required compliance documentation and notices, track reimbursements, and access real-time reporting.
