You need some time to understand the functionality of the features; it's not as simple as it may initially appear. A strong internet connection is essential to fully benefit from the sessions, as any instability can impact the experience.

As an administrator, I would appreciate the ability to move attendees between breakout rooms without needing their permission. The Remo Conference platform that I purchased was ideal for allowing me to connect with my clients on how they handle and or transport their hazardous products or hazardous wastes. It allows me to do customized training sessions, or webinars on legislation changes as though I am present at their work site. I am still in the early stages of using this platform and haven't had a lot of issues with this program as of yet. One aspect of this platform, is that each webinar session must have a different web link. As a result if you planned to do a recurring session every week or month, then this would require a new invitation and associated link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease-of-use is a key benefit of the Remo Conference platform. I was able to recently conduct my first session without any prior practice and with 50+ attendees the session went extremely well. Feedback was very positive which is very important to ensure a positive community online experience is being delivered. Not much to dislike. The 3D floor plans are key, it would be beneficial to see additional floor plans to accommodate small attendee sizes of less than 40 attendees. It would also be helpful to provide a 3D floor plan for 1-1 private coaching sessions would only require a few participant seats.

It would also be helpful to see some simple new attendee onboarding which would allow them to add their avatar (picture) and highlight the top 2-3 features they will need to understand when entering a Remo conference for the first time. Fortunately, all first-time attendees were able to navigate Remo quite well, but it would have been nice to see more attendee avatars for a more personalized experience in the lobby. 1. Remo can be difficult to use for 'first timers' , people on their phone, or people less comfortable with using new technology platforms. It requires some time upfront to help people understand how to use it.

Remo maintains a high level of professionalism, the video quality is excellent, and everything appears to be carefully planned.

The platform offers a variety of features, allowing for group meetings in the round table area or for everyone to watch a speaker present. Each area can have designated booths that are visible to all participants. There's also an option to invite members of the audience to come up to the podium for a discussion.

The ability for teams to join tables, and simultaneously share screens is a game-changer for us.

We have always worked in a highly collaborative coworking environment. Doing this online was intimidating. But Remo was surprisingly effective for people to get together and get work done with video, voice, and screenshare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, connections can be a bit glitchy, and I'm not sure we will always be able to iframe the app the way we need to for integration with our other tools. Browser updates seem to frequently disrupt service, but the dev team is responsive, thankfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The REMO platform is fun and engaging. Our attendees really like its dynamic nature and speak of how it does a good job of emulating the feel of a live event. The registration platform continues to evolve but if registration needs are more complex like ours, we use eventbrite and then upload our list to remo. While uploads of floor plans have gotten easier, it would be nice to be able to manage the uploads ourselves with automated validation checks. I've had used a number of virtual event platforms over the years, and I can confidently say that none of them come close to the quality and experience that Remo provides. It is also extremely easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many different floor plans available to use for various kind of events, but if you want to create your own unique design, it can be a lot of work and effort. Crafting a custom floor plan requires careful consideration of many factors and specifications.
