Remitide is B2B receivables follow-up software for small and midsize businesses, freelancers who invoice companies, and accounting firms in Spain. It connects read-only to more than 25 invoicing tools via API, including Holded, Quipu, Odoo and Cuéntica, or imports a CSV or Excel file from any other tool, and tracks every issued invoice until it is paid. It runs reminder sequences by tone, debt age and customer type, sent from the company's own mailbox with its signature, and stops them when payment is detected. Each reminder includes a link where the customer replies in one click that they already paid, when they will pay, that there is an issue or that they need more time, plus the company's IBAN or a pay button through its own Stripe account. Remitide shows open receivables, aging and DSO, checks the Spanish insolvency gazette daily for customers entering insolvency, and calculates the deadlines to recover VAT on unpaid invoices. Funds never pass through Remitide.
