Most small businesses track contracts with a spreadsheet, or nothing at all. That works until a renewal window passes, and the cost is usually painful. Remindrr is contract management software built for SMEs. Upload a contract and the AI reads it, identifying expiry dates, renewal terms, notice periods, and termination clauses automatically. No manual data entry. A centralised dashboard tracks all your deadlines and stores every contract in one place. Automated reminders go out by email and SMS before expiration dates, at intervals you configure. Connects with Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zapier. Manages leases, subscriptions, insurance renewals, supplier agreements, and more. Expired contracts stay in the dashboard and can be archived or marked as renewed, so you keep a full history without the clutter. AES-256 encryption, full GDPR compliance, and role-based permissions so you control who sees what.
