Reminder Us is a simple appointment-reminder tool for independent service providers and small teams: hairdressers, beauticians, fitness and life coaches, dentists and other appointment-based businesses. You add your appointments and clients, and Reminder Us sends reminder emails at the time you choose, so clients remember to show up and you spend less time chasing them. Client notes and appointment statuses (upcoming / expired) keep your day organised, and statistics help you see how you're doing. Email reminders do not include a confirm button. The app is available in French, English and Arabic. Today, reminders are sent by email. WhatsApp and SMS reminders are coming soon and are not yet available. There's a Free plan, free forever (up to 10 appointments, no automatic reminders), so you can try the app with no card. Paid plans (Pro, Business, Studio) include automatic reminders and a 14-day free trial. Business adds team use. Key features: automatic email reminders at a time you choose; appointment and client management; client notes; appointment statuses; statistics; French/English/Arabic interface; team seats on Business; a free no-show calculator on the website that estimates what missed appointments cost you per year. Made by founder Abdelkader Khiyi. Website: https://www.reminderus.com
