Remedly has been a game-changer for our company, making it easy to send Medicaid claims to different Payors in multiple states. We use Zoho CRM to create these claims, and Remedly takes care of grabbing them every night for updates and sending them where they need to go.

Before Remedly, dealing with payments was a headache. Payors could only give us remittance info in one huge PDF file (without an ability to export as a spreadsheet) and bundled all the payments into one check with no reference on the check to which claims it goes to. This made it really tough for our Accounting team to keep things straight. But Remedly's remittance report is a lifesaver.
