**What do you like best about Remedly?**

We've been using Remedly for a few months now, and it has significantly streamlined our clinic's operations. The software is incredibly user-friendly, with a simple interface that makes managing appointments, billing, and patient records seamless. The integration of EHR and practice management in one platform has saved us a lot of time and effort.

What stands out the most is the customizable features, allowing us to tailor workflows to fit our specific needs. The customer support is also fantastic—always responsive and helpful with any issues we face. Remedly has definitely helped us enhance our efficiency and improve patient care. Highly recommended for any healthcare provider looking for a comprehensive practice management solution.

**What do you dislike about Remedly?**

While Remedly offers some useful features, there are a few areas where it falls short. The interface, though user-friendly, can be slow at times, causing delays in managing appointments and accessing patient records. We've also encountered occasional bugs that interrupt workflow, which is frustrating during busy clinic hours.

The best in automating tasks, improving efficiency, and providing a comprehensive solution, also aims to enhance the overall experience for both healthcare providers and patients.

**What do you dislike about Remedly?**

There is none I can think off that Remedly cannot satisfy me.

**What problems is Remedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a lot of headaches for me. It streamlines my workflow, so I spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. With its electronic health records, I can easily access patient history, track appointments, and manage prescriptions.

user-friendly interface and efficient telehealth services. Users appreciate the convenience of accessing medical consultations from home, especially for non-emergency issues. The platform's ability to connect patients with qualified healthcare professionals is also a plus

**What do you dislike about Remedly?**

minor issues, like wait times for appointments or technical glitches, but these appear to be infrequent

**What problems is Remedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the process of submitting and tracking claims, also i  can easily schedule and manage appointments online, minimizing wait times.
