Relyo is staff housing software for hotels and resorts that puts HR, finance and accounting, operations and housing on one platform. Every team works from the same record of rooms, occupants, inspections, repairs, bills and costs. It is a separate system built only for staff housing, not a PMS add-on. What it does: - Smart Match plans rooms by your rules: 6 hard rules and 9 fit factors, such as shared language, clashing shifts and same department, plus preferences in plain words. Accept in one click and the stays are created. - Grades set room rules, utility allowance and rent coverage per staff level, applied the same way for everyone. - Inspections at four checkpoints per stay, with photos and meter readings. Relyo flags a stay with no move-in inspection. Attribution is for reporting. Relyo never charges anyone. - Repairs: staff report from their phone and routing rules assign the right maintainer. - Utility bills: scan photos or PDFs from any provider or language; each bill is checked against the grade allowance and split fairly by days stayed. - Leases and rent for the buildings you lease, with a landlord portal. - Operational Signals: 31 rule-based checks, re-run every few minutes, in one ranked list of what needs attention first; each night Impact adds the money and people at stake. - Findings and next steps: Relyo finds repeating problems and costs nobody noticed (rent for empty beds, repair costs not attributed, bills over the allowance, the same fault coming back). Each night Relyo AI suggests up to 3 next steps. It never changes anything without your approval. - Four portals on one record: housing team, occupants, maintainers and landlords. Works in the browser on any phone. App in English, Greek and French. Getting started: import your staff list from CSV or Excel. A free pilot for selected partners, set up with you by the founders, starting with one building.
