I use RelPro primarily for business development and relationship intelligence because it integrates all key information needed to grow our business in one platform. I love how it efficiently helps us find and research potential clients with access to over 7 million US company profiles and 150+ million decision-makers, which allows for quickly identifying high-value prospects. Its relationship mapping feature is intuitive, letting us visualize connections between our contacts and leads, which is crucial for maintaining stable client relationships. I value the comprehensive and real-time data accuracy it offers, providing up-to-date information on supermarket chains and decision-makers, saving me the hassle of verifying outdated data. The relationship mapping tool is especially invaluable for visualizing connections and identifying new business links. I appreciate its ease of navigation which doesn't require complex training, making it faster for us to identify high-value opportunities. Lastly, the initial setup was extremely easy and straightforward, without requiring technical expertise.

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

First, the filtering functionality is somewhat limited. When we search for prospects related to the supermarket sector (e.g., grocery suppliers, retail tech providers), we can’t narrow results by specific industry subcategories—we often get irrelevant leads that require extra time to sift through.

RelPro integrates essential business development tools, saving us time by consolidating research and improving prospect data accuracy. It enhances prospecting through relationship mapping, uncovering hidden opportunities and tracking decision-maker changes, streamlining our approach to client expansion.

I appreciate RelPro's ability to provide deep insights on companies and their executives, which greatly aids our lead generation efforts. The low learning curve is a standout feature, making onboarding fast and straightforward. I also value the intuitive interface and how it consolidates multiple data sources, saving time by eliminating the need for multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

I guess the product isn't always very different from other sales intelligence tools in that they all kind of do very similar things. Sometimes you need to compare carefully what tools you're already using and if there is actual need for you to adjust cost of Ralpra. Teams with smaller budgets, tighter budgets might find the price a bit of a hurdle.

I find the product streamlines lead generation, automates insights on decision makers, and is user-friendly, aiding in efficient sales pipeline creation.

Userfriendly interface that allows for easy searches with great and valuable results. RelPro has provided me with valid and reliable information about all of the companies I am interested in.

RelPro could make us of consolidating and scoring the reliability of each search engine that the information is collected from. Sometimes there are many results with different information on each RelPro profile, therefore, consolidating and evaluating the quality of information provided by the search engines would allow a user to double check and cross reference each result to make sure information is accurate.

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RelPro has allowed me to do faster and more efficient searches when I am at work. Research is a big part of my role and obtaining quality information can be very difficult. Therefore, using RelPro has shorten the time I sent researching each lead.

**What do you like best about RelPro?**

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Within minutes we had built our first lists and are so happy with how accurate the contact information is. We have made more progress faster reaching out to form new relationships using RelPro than any other prospecting tool, purchased list, or platform we have previously tried. A couple of areas that really set RelPro apart are how many data sources it brings into a single platform and how the team listens to requests for new integrations that continually add more value. This has been an invaluable resource for your business development team.

We honestly have not encountered any downsides to using RelPro.

Our team used to spend weeks scrubbing lists and trying to obtain or correct out-of-date contact and role data. With RelPro we have been able to create multiple target lead lists with highly accurate data allowing us to connect with key decision makers with more efficiency and effectiveness.

The workflows are easy to structure to suit business preferences and make the data shareable and meaningful for dissemination with other areas of our enterprise. We find the greatest value in the Filings / Loans information as we look to concertedly acquire business from particular competitors. This information also enables us to establish well-informed conversations with our business prospects.

Having multiple listings for most c suite contacts makes prospecting easier. Delivering targeted intelligence on corporate C Suite decision-makers is paramount.

I have no complaints about Relpro. They deliver what they promise, targeted c suite intelligence. Other sources would not work without Relpro. No complaints at all.

I apply layers of data to reach our target c suite decision makers. Relpro adds importent contact info to finalize our prospecting process.

RelPro provides a wealth of knowledge in an easy-to-use format.  Their team also provides excellent customer service.  Our bank has been able to utilize the product to help in our marketing and business development efforts.

Nothing - it has been an entirely positive experience working with RelPro!

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding potential customers that fit the client profile for our bank that are located within our service region.  RelPro makes this process very efficient.  We recently ran a RelPro report identifying a certain type of prospect - and the report yielded a five percent return on a direct mail marketing campaign.  This is significantly higher yield than we have gotten in the past without a tool like RelPro.  Great product to have!

RelPro is able to aggregate vital information on clients and prospects enabling you to enhance your relationship building efforts. From an Account Management perspective I often use RelPro to source contact information of existing clients where visibility and access is slightly cloudier than usual.

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

I have no dislikes about RelPro. The team at RelPro are brilliant, engaging and always proactively looking to help where I have a more intricate and complex ask of the tool.

We are leveraging RelPro to source information on key individuals at existing clients and prospects. The benefit is that information from sources like BoardEx is readily available through RelPro.

Sometimes the exporting takes some time and the data isn't always accurate.

**What do you like best about RelPro?**

RelPro is an excellent solution for prospecting names that fit your specific calling mandate. Love being able to filter by geography, company size, NAICS code. UCC and PPP information is super convenient to have at your fingertips and the integration to Salesforce saves time in not having to re-key data. Further, the Customer Success Team is absolutely on point, highly responsive, and consistently are driving value by virture of sending out best practice videos, highlighting use cases, and overall making the user base more knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

While the "list" functionality is a great way to organize prospect information and export it to a CSV file, I haven't yet found a way to easily de-duplicate the multiple entries per database without manually sorting through the list before download.

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying prospects that adhere to our calling mandates, getting contact information for qualifying prospects, converting records in RelPro to Salesforce prospects (reducing time and duplicative efforts), and getting a rough estimate of the revenue size of prospects. I look forward to the IBIS integration to assist with industry research and prospect call preparation.

Lots of information is all in one place.  RelPro is also linked to Vertical IQ which means fewer clicks for me to get to information I need.

It can be overwhelming with the vast amount of information available. I almost always have to use the Advanced Search option which is OK but results in lots of re-entering of criteria.

Great resource with so much information at your fingertips. You will be hard-pressed to find a better solution for your marketing needs.

Great contact information is readily available. Creating lists helps with my research and calling efforts.  I am not wasting time on online searches to get information.

I love how easy this program is to use. It is so simple to search what you are looking for whether you have a good amount of information to enter, or not a lot at all. I appreciate all of the different forms of contact information that it populates, as well as the ability to click on the website link and be able to go to the website listed in a new screen.

There really isn't anything.  Of course I would like information on smaller companies in my industry but that's hard to collect and maybe not valuable to all of RelPro's clients.

Please at least give it a try!  You'll be hooked.  I've recommended RelPro to so many friends and colleagues in the industry.

Double checking client contact information, looking up client contacts and being able to contact them directly at either their work emails or phone numbers vs. a LinkedIn invite (because many clients do not check LinkedIn regularly).

Comprehensive data on individuals at all levels of a company; powerful Advanced Search feature to help identify new contacts for cold outreach; Salesforce integration makes for seamless capture into our CRM database; very friendly and responsive customer service.

Many data sources for their database leads to numerous duplicates, which require a small learning curve to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering RelPro:**

An essential tool for B2B outreach and marketing. Be mindful that this software is primarily used to obtain an individual's business contact information (email, office phone, office address, etc.).

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small nonprofit, and our fundraising efforts rely heavily on the business connections of the VPs, MDs, and C Suite individuals on our Board of Directors. When working with them to develop fundraising prospect lists, they are not always able to provide contact information required to solicit these individuals and companies. RelPro has revolutionized our ability to quickly and accurately obtain contact information needed for fundraising outreach, and it has become an essential tool for developing new relationships.

**What do you like best about RelPro?**

The app has been immensely helpful to all users of our company and saves time. It helped us to find contacts we didn't want otherwise and played a role in our work. Moreover, the customer experience can not be changed. Any questions can be answered really quickly and our team is always up-to-date with new device developments.

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

There is a lack of many contacts for direct telephone numbers; list matches do not tend to filter out companies with common names and return incorrect matches. Say consolidating a single record with several documents, often duplicates, can be frustrating when you go back and use another credit when you pick another document unnecessarily.

**Recommendations to others considering RelPro:**

It is a wonderful resource and saved a lot of time for our company. I highly suggest this resource to organizations seeking contact information and searching for new partnerships and opportunities.

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact information from those we tried to contact on behalf of our company was also difficult to locate. A substantial amount of time was spent on this mission but RelPro greatly reduced the time required to achieve this. It has all this information in one location centralized and has an easy-to-use interface for finding information. Due to the use of RelPro, our teams are much more effective and encourage us to work extra time.

RelPro is an extremely efficient and easy way to gather prospects list and find contact information for prospects. Their training and customer service is also excellent. I enjoy using  relpro to find new prospects many different ways. Adding vertical IQ with relpro is a great idea.

UCC filing could be more updated information. I wish i could save password instead of using every time login.

What is proprietary to Relpro that is truly unmatched is its ability to pull data from a variety of sources and become a one-stop-shop for professionals who are looking for market intelligence

I think the UCC filings tab can be further enhanced. Also, the Education tab should be able to run search and connect you with all professionals who attended the same college/university - could be a huge differentiator.

I encourage you to contact Lance and obtain a trial to test the product and draw your own conclusions. There are various case studies conducted by Relpro that show how much time is saved using this unique technology with proven results

Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced: our account manager Andrew always makes himself available, he is very dedicated and responsive to our needs. He is an essential partner whom we can't do without. 

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

There's no possible integration with Sugar CRM available at this time.

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoy the precision targeting: we are spending money targeting the right people.  Our prospect list is growing fast. We are able to get our brand in the face of target accounts and move them through the funnel.The platform is also super easy to use and they are constantly working on new features to improve our experience.

**What do you like best about RelPro?**

The software has been enormously helpful, and a very significant time saver for all users within our organization. It has helped us find contacts that we would not have otherwise and has been instrumental in our work. In addition, the customer service could not be better. Any questions are answered very quickly and our team is always updated on any new improvements made to the tool. 

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

None of impact. Sometimes multiple entries come up for individuals, but according to our account manager, this has been addressed in the latest update.

**Recommendations to others considering RelPro:**

This is a really great tool and has helped our organization save a lot of time. I highly recommend this tool for organizations that look to seek out contact information and prospect new relationships/opportunities.

It used to be difficult to find contact information of individuals we wanted to seek out on behalf of our organization. A significant amount of time used to be invested in this task, however RelPro has significantly reduced the time required to do this. It has consolidated all of this information in one place and has a very user-friendly interface to search through the information. Our teams are made much more efficient as a result of using RelPro, allowing us to spend the extra time in our engagement work.

I've used other services that do one piece.   Crunchbase to get size and funding, Linked in for contacts, Hunter.io for email address...RelPro has it all at your fingertips.

There is really not much I dislike.   RelPro serves its function quite well.

Would love to see more crunchbase infor (number of employees, rounds of funding, total funding, funding round leads.

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an IT staffing firm, so any company with an IT staff is a real target.   RelPro enables us to target CIO or CTO by geography or by company or nationwide.   In addition, it helps us head hunt...if we need DevOps Director in NY, I can target that title and find hundreds of people with that job currently...they are good head hunt targets.

I like Relpro's ability to finely segment searches by industries, titles, location, company size, and etc.

Relpro is more cumbersome to learn compared to its competitors, but with training and their helpful staff - anyone can learn how to use it properly.

RelPro is a good tool compared to its competitors. RelPro allows us to find leads for sales and marketing in very specific industries, regions and etc. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and available when you have questions about using their product.

We are able to find leads in targeted industries to help us get into the doors of prospective customers.

The access to contact information for individuals by company, title, and geographic location

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

exporting a list counts as profile views. When the search results are in the thousands it would be nice to be able to sort them or see them in an easier view (e.g., excel/.csv). I can't see how many profile views we have used of our contracted total.

The BoardEx piece is still not very useful but being able to search for people and companies has been great.

We are finding contact information for people we did not previously have access to. This is helping us open the door to make a warm connection instead of pursuing grant funding with cold proposals.

**What do you like best about RelPro?**

Relpro makes it easy to filter your searches by providing a plethora of search options. They also provide a lot of data.I like the ability to see exactly which industry, location, size of the company, and revenue amounts. We were able to gather a highly tailored list that compiled all of their contact information including phone number and emails. They also made it very easy to export by offering the csv view of the file, our CRM only allows csv imports, so this made for a smooth transition. 

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

The website layout is a bit cluttered. The sidebar shows various search options but it seems like they can all just be listed as a filter option for one search tab. The new search view is nice but does not really add anymore useful features.

Relpro is a great tool for lead building 

**What problems is RelPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been trying to find corporate leaders and heads of human resource departments. Relpro has allowed us to not only filter the specific industries, but also which positions we would like to see contact info for. Other lead generating companies take more control of the process and limit our ability to select which contacts we would like. It is nice having a resource that we can access ourselves and filter; rather than have an excel file with contacts sent to us. Their service brings lead generation to the modern age, I didn't realize how much we were missing out.

The coolest part about RelPro is filtering by the most common titles that buy your product.

Sometimes, the emails that I generate from RelPro bounce.  I've actually had a few send back that they were retired.

RelPro is a great way to jump into lists and data mining.  Our marketing database has benefited greatly from RelPro!

Occasionally, information is not the most current (prior job). That said, I use RelPro at the most basic level so I do not fully utilize most of the capabilities.

Good quality human search engine.

I mostly use RelPro to find contacts of old colleagues. I actually have not used this for business purposes very much. (On an aside, the business purpose of this platform is neither marketing nor sales - I believe it is networking for business purposes.)

Many contacts are missing direct phone numbers; list matching feature doesn't seem to weed out companies with common names and returns incorrect matches.  Suggest consolidating the multiple sources for a single person into a single record, many duplicate records, can be confusing when you go back and end up using another "credit" unnecessarily because you select a different record

**What do you like best about RelPro?**

I enjoyed using RelPro to grow and enhance our prospect list. RelPro is an extremely efficient and easy way to find contact information for prospects. Googling and searching websites is very time consuming, so RelPro eliminates a lot of that time. RelPro is also very intuitive, so you won't waste time training employees how to use it. You can easily search by contact name or company. Most listings include telephone numbers and email addresses which are the most important for us. The prospect list we created was also easy to export into an Excel file, so we could analyze the contacts and filter/sort how we like. 

**What do you dislike about RelPro?**

We loved everything almost everything about RelPro. The only issue I ran into was integrating with Salesforce. The reason we couldn't do this is because of our Salesforce membership, so it had nothing to do with RelPro. 

**Recommendations to others considering RelPro:**

I highly recommend signing up for a trial of RelPro, so you can experience how amazing it is!! If you are looking to find contact info and grow your client list which in turn will increase your sales, RelPro is the right product for your company!! Once you try it, you'll immediately see the value.

RelPro has helped us build a robust prospect list, so we can start reaching out to additional clients that we don't have contact info for. Without RelPro we would spend hours searching their websites and googling their contact info or LinkedIn profiles to find a way to speak with them. The core benefits of RelPro are how efficient it is and how much time it saves!
