**What do you like best about Reloadify?**

It turns retention into something practical you can actually act on. The segmentation is straightforward, the automation flows are easy to set up, and it gives you a direct way to reach your existing customers without making the whole process feel overcomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Reloadify?**

It can start to feel limiting once you need more nuance. The automation and customization options don’t always go far enough, so you end up hitting a ceiling when you’re trying to build more tailored, complex customer journeys.

**What problems is Reloadify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reloadify helps close the gap between having customer data and actually using it to drive repeat revenue.

Most brands already have the data—who bought, what they viewed, and where they dropped off—but it often sits fragmented across platforms or takes too much effort to turn into action. Reloadify brings it together in one system and then converts it into automated actions: segmented campaigns, triggered emails, and personalized flows that keep running continuously.

**What do you like best about Reloadify?**

The plug and play webshop integration is unmatched , it made it so easy for even my most junior team members to use

**What do you dislike about Reloadify?**

It would be helpful to have an English version of their website for educating new hires on what the software can do

**What problems is Reloadify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation made it easy for us to not have to remember to send our new letter at a consistent time
