**What do you like best about Reloadify?**

The limited range of templates that Reloadify provides is not very helpful. It does not allow me to create visually appealing campaigns for my business. Their customer support team is not always providing responses and assistance whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about Reloadify?**

There seems to be an issue with email chains and threading that causes confusion among recipients. Despite its automation capabilities there is a lack of reminder or scheduling options to ensure delivery of newsletters. These limitations hinder the working of using Reloadify for streamlining email marketing campaigns.

**What problems is Reloadify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reloadify does provide some features such as drag and drop email functionality and automation. There are drawbacks that raise concerns for me. The limited options for customizing curated emails restrict the level of personalization one achieves.
