Relio Hiring Presence is job posting monitoring software for talent acquisition, HR operations, and multi-brand teams accountable for public hiring quality. It reviews the postings on a company's careers site without connecting to the ATS. It flags postings missing required pay and benefits disclosures, surfaces remote-eligible roles that may trigger jurisdiction-specific requirements, and detects likely duplicates. Each finding includes the evidence, why it matters, the applicable rule with its source, and possible approaches, prioritized by severity. A first analysis sets a baseline. Later analyses show what is new, changed, resolved, or reopened, with a weekly summary and a record over time. Relio reads only public postings, stores no candidate data, and never logs into your systems. Works with careers sites powered by Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and others.
