When adding social media posts on Releasd, there's a small error where it won't let me add a public post to the platform. It tells me that it is private and cannot be shared even when the post is on a public profile we've added posts from before on Instagram or Facebook with thousands of views. I think it would be helpful if there were more information on why a post cannot be added. That way, I can understand and avoid adding those types of posts in the future. It has made our monthly reporting processes considerably more efficient. Reporting was always a very labour-intensive process and meant teams having to devote a lot of time to an arduous administrative task. Being able to automate elements of the reporting and use templates that can be replicated for the following month's report have made things a lot easier.

Functionality-wise, it's also very good: it's user-friendly and has a lot of the features we need, especially given how frequently we use it. Initial implementation and integration was straightforward, and adding new reports is easy too.
