It was also really easy to get clients up to speed with, they very easily understood the reports which was handy. Fairly easy to input the coverage you want to make a report of which is helpful. Other softwares I have used have automatically sorted the types of coverage (online, print, broadcast etc) into their respective categories, but not too much effort to do this manually. You can pull a lot more data from Releasd versus other softwares I have used which is great, I like that you can add your own metrics in like PRs sent, journalists in attendance at events etc - which helps create a more well rounded report. You can make the reports a lot more visually appealing than other softwares which is great. Having a set number of links can be hard to manage when you have months where you need to use Releasd a lot more than usual (lots of client events in one month etc) but we were able to get an increase rather quickly with Customer support which made that easy. **What do you dislike about Releasd?** The Print and Social coverage logging can be quite clunky, had a lot of links not be accepted on the social media side which has been frustrating. The templates and setting those up was a bit time consuming, but getting that out of the way made it really easy to get going. **What problems is Releasd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much more in depth coverage reporting for clients in an easily accessible format for clients and staff. Adding personalised metrics is another great bonus. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, and the team took the time to walk us through every step. **What do you dislike about Releasd?** I don't think the print coverage is as easy to use, intuitive and up to date. I appreciate how it helps our reports be clean, easy to understand, and shareable, allowing us to focus on presenting important data concisely. I enjoy being able to customize each report to the client's branding. I like how easily we can organize information for a client, which helps us maintain retained clients. I love that I can go back to past reports and use the same template each month without starting from scratch. The ability to compile data from the whole year saves me hours of extra work on end-of-year reports. Releasd is valuable to me because it is easy to use and not time-consuming, unlike other methods that can be a drag. The visual aesthetics, customization, shareability, and organization of Releasd reports are better than the alternatives. The initial setup was very easy, and we already had templates ready to go, which made getting started quick. **What do you dislike about Releasd?** When adding social media posts on Releasd, there's a small error where it won't let me add a public post to the platform. It tells me that it is private and cannot be shared even when the post is on a public profile we've added posts from before on Instagram or Facebook with thousands of views. I think it would be helpful if there were more information on why a post cannot be added. That way, I can understand and avoid adding those types of posts in the future. I also wish it could create charts of data with a toggle button or data comparison options. **What problems is Releasd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Releasd makes our reports clean, easy to understand, and shareable. For example, if I don't have an audio or video clip but have a transcript of the audio it can be tricky to add it as broadcast.
