  ### 1. Efficient Press Release Management, Lacks Accurate Social Insights

**What do you like best about Releasd?**

I like how fast Releasd is able to collate statistics and personalize different brand pages. It means I can add and take away different articles quickly to my liking. Brand personalization means that I can share the pages with brand teams.

**What do you dislike about Releasd?**

Releasd is never able to pick up accurate statistics on social posts, for example likes and follower counts are so wrong that I need to add them in manually. Releasd often can't find the social post I'm looking for on Instagram and LinkedIn to the point where a visual picture is not even provided, often making up statistics.

**What problems is Releasd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Releasd to create a summary of my company's press releases, allowing us to assess their performance. It's fast at collating statistics and personalizing brand pages, letting me quickly add or remove articles and share with team members.

Since Releasd is a PR reporting and measurement platform, and not a press release management tool, we'd recommend using a dedicated service for managing press releases as this may better suit your needs.

Regarding social media: Releasd doesn't provide a social media search service, users simply add URLs to their reports and the platform displays those posts and metrics. These are provided to us directly from Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and X. Releasd does not change or make up data, we simply embed and display exactly what is provided to us.
