Releado is the AI Marketing & AI Visibility Software for Realtors & Mortgage Loan Officers, built around a website engineered for search and AI. Most loan officers and real estate agents know they should market every day and almost none have the hours, so Releado does the work: it builds you a properly constructed website or fixes your current website, then its three powerful AI agents kick into gear. The AI Director, MARIE, and The Coach run 24/7 on your site. The AI Director supervises the entire site, maintains your online visibility in search and AI engines, plans and runs your marketing, and reports any correction it cannot fix on its own immediately to Releado Support for help. MARIE is your administration agent, designed to assist you in navigating and using the 17 different lead generation modules within Releado. And finally, The Coach is there to guide you through professional development techniques and integrates with the Director to suggest marketing campaigns within the email drip campaign module, blog, and newsletter. Releado is a subscription-based software that includes your website, up to 30 social posts a month, 4 SEO articles, a monthly newsletter, a CRM with email drip campaigns, review management, and monitoring of both your search rankings and your AI visibility, with a month-end report that shows what was done and what it produced. The Realtor edition adds AI listing marketing (posts, flyers, descriptions, sphere outreach) and a buyer/seller CRM. The loan officer edition adds an additional borrower CRM plus a separate referral partner database with partner campaigns and co-branded marketing. Everything is supervised around the clock, and nothing the software builds goes out until you approve it. $249 one-time setup, then $149 a month or $1,550 a year, with a three-month minimum.
