PDF is often dry and plain. Relayto provides a way that makes a PDF more interactive, and gives users a more interesting reading experience. With Relayto, PDF could have animations, GIFs, videos, and even quiz that users could engage with. It's more like "playing" with a document rather than "reading" it. Since the whole experience is based on a PDF, Relayto doesn't provide a way to revise the original PDF, which means it can only "add" things instead of "edit".
