## About RelayPlan
RelayPlan is an ERP system for construction and field-service operations that integrates projects, workforce, materials, and cost control into one platform. The system includes twelve modules: warehouse management, project tracking, HR, scheduling, time tracking, stock management, purchase orders, fleet management, task assignment, tool tracking, quotes, and invoicing. Field crews can clock in through a mobile app, with hours automatically linked to projects for streamlined payroll processing. Real-time inventory tracking features barcode functionality and low-stock alerts, connecting material movements directly to projects. Live job costing monitors labour, materials, and machine costs to help track budgets and margins. Role-based permissions provide secure access control. The platform operates on GDPR-compliant European data centres with TLS and AES-256 encryption alongside daily backups. The mobile app functions offline and syncs data when reconnected.
