"Transformational to workflow management efficiency"

What do you like best about Relay.app?

Relay has allowed us to set up complex and detailed automations linking a variety of different platforms. The 'decision path' and 'human in the loop' features really set Relay apart and have allowed us to automate whilst retaining flexibility in any process which requires it.

Platforms are incredibly easy to connect and integrate - workflows can be built in seconds with a very straightforward visualisation of the path being created.

But my most positive piece of feedback is from Relay's customer support team. Whilst I've only had a couple of times where I've needed some help, they have been incredibly quick to respond and have been fantastic in supporting and coaching me to achieve success - they are willing to share their expertise with new users to help them get up and running or to unblock issues or bugs. What do you dislike about Relay.app?

Very little. Relay was the first platform we used in this category so I don't have much to compare it with (Zapier, Make etc) - but that's because Relay met all of our needs without having to look elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying workflows with powerful automation but needs more integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

Relay app simplifies the workflow-building process by eliminating unnecessary intermediary steps. It has a strong understanding of data types and reshapes data automatically, so I don’t need to write scripts for every process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

Relay lacks enough integrations for common systems, which limits its use across a broader range of tools. Additionally, there's no credentials or secrets management, which is essential when building reusable custom steps. Finally, there isn’t a one-click share option for workflows, which makes it difficult to reuse templates across projects or monetize templates as digital products. "An engaging AI tool that lets you discover and explore."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

For someone with limited coding/tech experience, the navigation and interface is very easy to learn and pick up. The support community is thriving and questions are answered promptly with great direction/support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

Accounting for AI credits is a bit unclear and you can blow through your balance in a pinch while creating/testing your automations. Would love to see more creative examples of how others are using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An automation platform for today's needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

Relay.app has stepped into the world of automations with an approach that seems to me to be very successful. Highlights:

- Their integration of AI is brilliant, adding new models quickly and understanding the fundamental role it plays in workflows today.

- The “Human in the Loop” approach is so necessary that I don't understand how no one has thought of it before. Huge added value over competitors like Make.

- Within the industry standards, Relay.app stands out for its ease of use and accessibility. I firmly believe that it is the best alternative to start in this field.

- However, they also take care of the more technical side of things. The recently announced code function is a hit.

- Pricing is much cheaper than Zapier and even more accessible than Make.

- The customer service is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

The negative points I find with Relay.app are mostly issues that I'm sure they will correct over time. For me, their main areas of improvement are:

- Although the major platforms are present, the number of apps and modules is still significantly lower than other competitors.

- I miss an academy or more content to learn how to use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Relay.app Review: A Game Changer in Business Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

Relay.app stands out in the no-code business automation landscape, primarily due to its innovative human-in-the-loop capabilities. This feature allows the system to pause a workflow until specific criteria are met—whether that involves a data update or a human decision—making it uniquely adaptable and responsive compared to other tools. Additionally, Relay.app's customer support is unparalleled. Their team provides the most attentive and effective service I've experienced among no-code platforms, addressing issues swiftly and with a personal touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

The main limitation of Relay.app is its relatively small size, which currently results in a limited selection of connectors. Despite this, the Relay team's responsiveness is noteworthy. They have consistently demonstrated their commitment to growth and user satisfaction by quickly developing connectors and features upon request. Their proactive approach in expanding their offerings has been impressive, keeping them competitive and on the cutting edge of technology.

They won't be small for long! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Get to know the platform and you will have a simplified and incredible experience."
5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

I discovered the platform on a comparison site with other competitors, and there it mentioned that it was the best option among several. In fact, it's very good, I loved the usability, it has a more affordable price than others, the support is incredible. I notice that they are creating more and more integrations. Usability is simple and the experience is great. Every day I am more amazed by the tool.

I recommend everyone check out the platform, you will love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

I didn't find anything that discredited it. At first I had some doubts but they were all resolved by support. It's perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relay.app?

- They have the easiest UI to automate workflows and know what is happening at every step of the way

- Connecting and authorizing other apps is also the easiest and fastest if you compare it with other automation tools. Straightforward and lacks issues

- Their integrated human-in-the-loop and AI steps are amazing and enrich complex workflows by making them simple to set up.

- Continuously making great updates, fast customer support and listening to their customers to prioritize in the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

- They're moving fast and making new updates and integrating new apps continuously but, of course, there are fewer apps and products vs if you compare them with other automation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unbelievable Value and Fantastic Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

Relay.app is incredibly user-friendly, and the team is aggressively working to add new integrations all the time. I've used several automation tools in my day, but Relay.app is by far the most intuitive to use. Customer support is not only responsive but personalized and really helpful. I now use Relay.app almost exclusively, and I find it integrates with almost every tool I use. I use Relay.app several times a week and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to start automating their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

Relay.app is relatively new to the market, and while they don't have as many integrations as Zapier or Make, they have many of the most popular tools and are always adding new integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful No-Code Automation Tool with an intuitive UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

Relay has managed to build a really strong contender in the no-code automation tool market that might give Zapier & Make a run for their money.

The UI is really simple and intuitive, which makes it much easier to get started. AI is integrated in an actually useful way and their "Human-in-the-loop" feature is amazing to bridge the gap in situations where you can't hand off the whole process to an automation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

Relay is still a fairly young app and it shows in the number of integrated apps. That being said, if your tech stack is already supported by relay, then you should definitely give it a try Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Honestly, Relay is hands down my preferred automation tool (wayyyyy better than Zapier)."
5/5
What do you like best about Relay.app?

Honestly, Relay is hands down my preferred automation tool (wayyyyy better than Zapier). So thanks guys and keep up the awesome work!

- It super easy to test automations

- more than enough integrations with the essential apps

- human in the loop makes things so easy (and durrable)

- the first automation platform where it makes sense to add your team to

- support is out of this world fast and helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay.app?

Not enough tutorials / documentation for how it works (especially for teaching team members who aren't advanced automation users). Also, missing a couple needed things (mailhooks, SmartSuite smart doc, Google drive folder ID). There are workaround etc. but would be nice to have these things too. I'm sure it's only a matter of time though before they add all of these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
