And if you get an error too many times, THEIR TECH TEAM WILL CHECK IN ON YOU. They are now introducing a free trial limited to 100 runs, and if this app works for you, then it's totally worth the monthly cost after. I use a lot of SaaS products and never have I been asked to sit with a customer support rep/ UX/UI designer and tell them how it's been going for me using the app- but relay.app reached out to me and had a 30 minute session to do just that. **What do you dislike about Relay.app?** It's a great app, if you're not too familiar with certain terminologies, then the vocab might take some getting used to, but don't worry, their customer support will respond and let you know what things mean if you're really confused. **What problems is Relay.app solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting apps that don't normally speak to one another. I needed to make sure that statuses were updated within my Apollo software and this would not happen without Relay triggering it to change when somone made an appointment with Calendly. Normally, Apollo tries to make you use their system to book meetings and put it on your calendar, which then also triggers a stage change for a prospect, but there is something to be said about Calendly's name recognition with new and skeptical clients. So that's why I opted for Calendly and why I needed Relay to trigger the stage change for me when somone made a meeting with me. ### 16.
