What do you like best about AllSet?

Being able to interact with customers with one tap. Not having to waste time going back and forth between messaging apps, a scheduling app, and a maps app. Much more convenient to have everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AllSet?

The videos have been having a little bit of a hard time to upload Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AllSet?

The tiles that allow you to send the customer different texts without really having to think about typing the whole message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AllSet?

I personally think allowing the customer to text me back could be beneficial just in case they need to give me some important information regarding their specific situation, but I realize the whole point of having the service is to minimize my need to send out texts. But to somehow have a more personal connection rather than automated would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AllSet?

I like not having to write out each text to the customers. I wouldn’t say it saves me a lot of time but it makes that part of communication very convenient and effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AllSet?

I don’t like not being able to visually see my schedule for the day. For example, the app tells me when the appointment starts but it would also be nice if the app showed how long the appointment is meant to last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
