**What do you like best about AllSet?**

Being able to interact with customers with one tap. Not having to waste time going back and forth between messaging apps, a scheduling app, and a maps app. Much more convenient to have everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about AllSet?**

The videos have been having a little bit of a hard time to upload

**Recommendations to others considering AllSet:**

Stay close with the relay team. they want what’s best for you and will help implement any ideas you have to improve the product.

**What problems is AllSet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to save time by not having to type everything out to customers and ensuring that my messages are all professional

**What do you like best about AllSet?**

The tiles that allow you to send the customer different texts without really having to think about typing the whole message.

**What do you dislike about AllSet?**

I personally think allowing the customer to text me back could be beneficial just in case they need to give me some important information regarding their specific situation, but I realize the whole point of having the service is to minimize my need to send out texts. But to somehow have a more personal connection rather than automated would be nice.

Don’t hesitate to give feedback to the team. They are great to work with!

**What problems is AllSet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it easier to remember to text the customer telling them when I am going to be there.

**What do you like best about AllSet?**

Relay allows me to build a personal yet professional relationship with my customers. It's software makes it easy to reach out, connect, and serve my customers in a efficient and effective way.

**What do you dislike about AllSet?**

I don't dislike anything. I would love a tile that could tell the customers that I am ahead of schedule.

**What problems is AllSet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've seen problems like poor communication be solved. It's just the right amount of communication. Not too much

The most helpful thing to me is shaving everything I need in one place where I can just tap a tile and send a message to the customer

**What do you dislike about AllSet?**

Sometimes I can't click on the address and have it pull up in maps

**What do you like best about AllSet?**

I like not having to write out each text to the customers. I wouldn’t say it saves me a lot of time but it makes that part of communication very convenient and effortless.

**What do you dislike about AllSet?**

I don’t like not being able to visually see my schedule for the day. For example, the app tells me when the appointment starts but it would also be nice if the app showed how long the appointment is meant to last.

**What problems is AllSet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think a problem that I’m solving by using relay is bettering the communication between me and the customer.
