Relativity being a market leader for so long has a large following and user base. When new technologies come along they work out new solutions. With all the recent additions of Collect, Relativity Short Message Format, and now air, they are evolving with the data sources we are working with. Since they have become more R&D focused and cutting edge, it somestimes feel like support take longer to 'assist' than they used to.
