The tools being consistant is easy to use for most users. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** Since they have become more R&D focused and cutting edge, it somestimes feel like support take longer to 'assist' than they used to. They are still helpful and responsive, just slower than they used to be. It has the best review platform, with all of the features that you would expect from any such platform, but all in one place. It has impressive search capabilities and presentation. The customisability and intuitive interface make it one of, if not the best tool for legal professionals. Being a cloud platform, it comes with all of the scalablity options, so no case is too large that it cannot handle. Customer support is excellent, with a real focus on the customer journey/satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** The amount of complexity and features can, at times, be somewhat overwhelming, especially for users who are not used to so many details/tabs. It can be intimidating and confusing for users. This allows for seemless data collections directly into Relativity saving hours of time. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** Because Relativity has so many features sometimes it can take a long time for products on the road map to become available to users. **What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Relativity allows us to directly export and process O365 data which massively saved time. We used to download the data from O365, then upload it to staging explorer and then process the data but now we can simpy run our searches within Relativity and once the data has been extracted from O365 it can automatically start processing. This is helpful on cases where the extraction completes overnight because when you start the next day the data has already been processed. ### 32.
