I think that competitors sometimes focus on one aspect of the eDiscovery process and end up losing ground on other parts of the process. "Great, big improvement from years ago. Still more to go to be the undisputed though" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Relativity? Everything works well. No issues for the most part. The AI innovates are great and somewhat functional (e.g. yes we are AA/beta-testers) but at least its workable/useable. The UI needs to be faster/easier to use though, especially re actual review of documents + aiR Case Strat (esp the latter). Performance is a huge grip. It needs to be much much much faster. The speed + performance. The ocassional bugs are an annoyance too. Biggest grip is Redact, e.g. Excel for Redact. Whoever created the redaction box needs to actually have used it...
