Also, I would like your CAAT visuals, the cluster wheel in particular, to have labels as valuable as Brainspace's cluster wheel has. Also, just anecdotally, I will add that your Relativity active learning is not quite as good as the Brainspace CMML learning. I also wish the push/pull to and from Brainspace was an API. **What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Walmart has a large portfolio of litigation and many cases need the power of Rel to manage the native file collections. All the basics for easy of search, review and production are there. Your structured analytics, categorization analytics and active learning features are getting mature and outside counsel adoption is increasing. This helps with cost avoidance (review fewer documents by consistently reviewing only final, unique email threads, and avoid review of the entire corpus using active learning. Regular updates so we get to use features faster, and a great support team to assist when the need arises. Active Learning has come a long way, and Analytics is a regular favourite of mine to demonstrate to clients and new users of Relativity. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** Relativity Processing isn't as customisable/hands on as other tools like Nuix. And it's taken YEARS to get PDF's supported in the Viewer as an image format. This is something the Australian market has needed for a very long time. Thankfully it should be rolled out this year!! **Recommendations to others considering Relativity:** For the Australian market - R1 is implementing changes to be able to support PDF and Australian Protocol compliant document numbering. The new UI and fluidity of upgrades are going to be a gamechanger! **What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding datasets faster, being able to set up multiple ways to search and interrogate data. Active Learning is a HUGE benefit when you've got to get through vast amounts of documents for review. I like helping clients QC using different methods like TND, Email Threading and clustering to spot inconsistencies in coding. There's so many ways to re-purpose the existing tools in the system. ### 44.
