Also, outputs are often inflexible. We need the ability to customise the output in the way we need it. Put more power into our hands. Allowing us to convert data into actionable evidence that supports our case strategy. It appears to be moving from the data space, and more into the evidence space. I love the fact that more file types will be able to be prosessed in newer versions of relativity. We run into this issue on a regular basis and it can sometimes take hours to find workarounds especially if the documents being processed are/or could be potentially be privileged. Normally it would be easy to redact and use those tools. However if the files didnt process then we have to find ways to upload document images using other programs. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** I think that I will have to work with the new features on a regular basis before I would be able to make my decision. However I think that the new features, although very useful may be difficult for some of our clients to get used to. Some of our clients are not as technologically savy as others and are already having a hard time understanding their review processes. Needless to say their workspaces are much simpler in permissions. There is one thing that I do not like, very minor. We are currently using Server and the Pop-up alert feature has been taken away. Not a big deal, however we do have to change up our routines in order to not miss anything. **What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesnt effect our workflows now but I'm interested to see where their development of AI goes and how we would be able to implement it. Over all my may concern reflects efficiencies in workflow and understandability of the data. The new visualizaions look like a great leap forward. Small upgrades to the user experience are also a big help, especially when it comes to things like column freezing. Improvements from their development team are frequent and as an organisation they welcome feedback and offer advance release to partners for testing. They claim to be investing heavily in new tech with a decent roadmap for upcoming features. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** Relativity has often relied on their community for plug-ins that other platforms offer as standard. This can increase the cost of the offering as compared to other tools. They are quick to release new features but often ignore improvements to key functionality like processing data and text extraction speeds for the bells and whistles that provide better market optics. Relativity is expensive and doesn't adjust pricing based on new technology. It provides really in-depth granular search capabilities and a wide range of data connectors for easy ingestion. We have found it to be very powerful in performing DSAR and other related requests. Our onboarding teams and follow up support have been excellent, fantastic customer service. Their documentation is comprehensive and offers a variety of learning methods to suit. **What do you dislike about Relativity?** The tool is vast, and so is also complex. Many menus, permissions, workspaces etc make it difficult to learn quickly. The learning curve is steep. The tool can also be a little slow/laggy at times but doesn't pose a great issue. **What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had need to ingest data from multiple sources as part of our DSAR requests to be compliant. ### 35.
