Starting to use the software when it was relatively new, I found the team to be very helpful, particularly Andrew Seija, who assisted us significantly. This support was crucial as we learned to use its features effectively. I also greatly value the AI capabilities and the review center offered by Relativity, which are significant aids in our work and promise to be very helpful as we continue to integrate them further. Furthermore, I find Relativity quite user-friendly; it's easy to use and set up, which significantly streamlines our processes and makes it more accessible for our team. RelativityOne has been great for getting the latest technology updates as soon as they are available. I do feel that the focus on stabilizing the tool so that the basic functions have less issues has been successful. My previous feedback of "The quality of documentation and training available by the company is unmatched when it comes to eDiscovery software." is no longer true. I like the ease of use and the ability to create dashboards and workspaces to fit my needs. The aiR for Review works great and has changed how I handle large document review projects.
