Relativity has lots of useful free resources available for users (both inexperienced and experienced) and has some really helpful videos and articles as well as an indepth user guide. If you need a resource guide its very easy to find "how to" or to watch one of their instructor led videos. Relativity keeps its platform updated with new features periodically and is a strong tool in the market to follow the end to end of the EDRM and allow me to carry out my job. Given its popularity and leading market player position tickets with technical support engineers can take a while to be fully adressed when noting defects or bugs. From working with millions of records and various different data types such as audio, chat, network shares and the traditional email data Relativity allows me in my day to day job to process vast sums of data and manage it for review purposes by deploying features such as analytics and culling mechanisms. What I like best about Relativity is that it is user friendly, expretemely easy to implement and integrated as a regular use and the amount of features it provides, the sky is the limit.
