Reksa is an ERP built specifically for pharmaceutical wholesalers (Pedagang Besar Farmasi/PBF) in Indonesia, with regulatory compliance built into every transaction. It covers sales, purchasing, lot/batch inventory with FEFO, finance and HR, plus the controls Indonesian regulators expect: narcotics, psychotropics and precursor logbooks generated automatically from goods receipts and deliveries; monthly BPOM e-WAS and Kemenkes e-Report export files; customer qualification under CDOB (license and pharmacist SIP checks, drug class vs customer type, order reasonableness checks, single-use NPP purchase orders); cold chain monitoring with IoT temperature loggers, excursion-to-deviation/CAPA and VVM tracking; end-to-end product recall with automatic affected-customer lists, lot blocking, working-day deadlines and reconciliation; CDOB certificate renewal windows, self-inspection, SOPs and audit trail; halal certification tracking per product; and Coretax e-invoice (Faktur Pajak) XML export with validation and the 20th-of-month upload reminder.
