Time off • Employees request vacation, sick, or personal time in seconds. • Managers approve or decline from one queue and see upcoming time off for their team on a calendar. • Admins can set a PTO accrual policy and starting balances, so employees always see an up-to-date balance. Evaluations and shoutouts • Managers write and submit performance evaluations with your company's own rating scale and review periods (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly). • Anyone can send a shoutout to recognize a coworker, so good work doesn't get lost in an email thread. Expenses • Employees submit expenses with a category, amount, description, and optional receipt. • Managers approve or reject with a note, so every decision is on record. Training • Post training videos with due dates, and optionally attach a short quiz with a passing score. • Track who has completed what for compliance, and set up onboarding content that only new hires see.
