"Rejoiner: A Revenue-Boosting Email Marketing Powerhouse"

5/5

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I really appreciate Rejoiner's 'Done-With-You' Managed Service Model. Unlike most platforms where you're left to navigate tools on your own, Rejoiner acts like an extension of our team. We have access to dedicated experts such as account managers and specialized email developers who help ensure our campaigns are at a world-class level, which shifts the creative and operational burden off our shoulders. Another standout is the High-Intent Behavioral Triggers, like Price Drop Alerts, which are incredibly precise. The platform tracks user interactions and sends highly personalized alerts, connecting purchase intent with financial incentives. This feature creates a massive surge in urgency and click-through rates. Also, Rejoiner's onboarding approach was surprisingly smooth. Their team managed most of the setup, including critical aspects like IP warming and deliverability preparation, making the transition seamless. Instead of just handing over a tracking script and technical documentation, their team did the heavy lifting. These features have shifted email from a passive marketing channel into a highly predictable, automated revenue stream for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

While we love the results we get from Rejoiner, no platform is perfect. To keep our review balanced and objective, here are the main drawbacks and areas where Rejoiner doesn’t work quite as well for us: 1. High Cost for Smaller Lists (Premium Pricing) While the base software is affordable, tapping into the Managed Service tier (which is where the real magic happens) starts at around $1,500/month. For a larger e-commerce business, the ROI easily covers this cost. However, for smaller businesses or startups with lower traffic volumes, this premium price point can significantly eat into profit margins. It’s definitely an investment that requires a certain baseline of sales volume to justify. 2. Slower Turnaround for 'Last-Minute' Flash Campaigns Because Rejoiner utilizes a team-driven hybrid model (designers, copywriters, and strategists collaborating on your content), the workflow is fundamentally structured around planning ahead. The Issue: If we suddenly decide to run a spontaneous flash sale and want an email out the door in two hours, the 'done-with-you' process can feel a bit slow and rigid compared to a standard DIY platform where you just clone a template and instantly hit send. 3. Reporting Navigation and Advanced Analytics Curve While the revenue tracking and core e-commerce ROI metrics are incredibly clear, navigating the deeper, granular analytics inside the dashboard can sometimes feel a bit clunky. The Issue: Sorting through custom reporting filters or digging into complex long-term list-health trends isn’t quite as intuitive as the rest of the app. It takes a bit of a learning curve to get exactly what you need without asking your account manager for assistance. 4. Advanced Automation Logic Limits Rejoiner is an absolute powerhouse at behavioral retention sequences (cart abandonment, price drops, win-backs). However, if you want to build highly complex, hyper-custom branched automation pathways—such as splitting an automated flow into five different directions based on intricate combinations of user tags, specific geographic regions, and historic lifetime value—the internal visual workflow builder can feel slightly basic compared to deeply technical automation engines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner recovers abandoned carts, manages customer lifecycles, and centralizes customer data. It resolves revenue loss, high marketing costs, and cross-device cart issues, while its managed service model and behavioral triggers automate revenue generation and reduce operational burden. "Streamlined Email Automation with Excellent GDPR Compliance"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

At Remerge GmbH, we rely heavily on Rejoiner to execute full-cycle email retention and customer re-engagement strategies for German e-commerce brands. It works exceptionally well for setting up automated abandoned cart reminder flows, winning back dormant customers, and building complete post-purchase email journeys. I really appreciate its user-friendly drag-and-drop workflow builder, which lets our marketing team design highly personalized email sequences easily without needing support from the IT department. We can segment audiences precisely based on actual shopping habits, spending levels and browsing activity to deliver targeted messages. The most valuable advantage for our German market business is its robust built-in GDPR compliance framework. It fully satisfies local strict data privacy rules, making all our email marketing campaigns legally safe and standardized. Additionally, connecting Rejoiner with popular platforms like Shopify and Magento is quick and hassle-free, allowing us to launch formal marketing campaigns in a short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

The native reporting system is its most noticeable weakness. Our team manages marketing services for multiple independent D2C stores across Germany, but the current dashboards do not support direct cross-brand data comparison. We cannot instantly view unified data such as cart recovery ratios, customer conversion performance and overall campaign ROI. We have to manually export raw data regularly and organize everything in custom spreadsheets for in-depth analysis, which creates extra repetitive workload every week. It would be far more practical if Rejoiner added ready-made multi-client overview reports and customizable regional performance dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner effectively eliminates all the tedious manual work involved in traditional email marketing operations. All customer follow-up emails can be automatically triggered based on real-time user behaviors, including cart abandonment and long-term account inactivity. This ensures we never miss any potential sales opportunities even during holiday shopping peaks. It significantly reduces our team’s daily operational pressure, stabilizes customer reactivation efficiency, and consistently helps our local German clients recover substantial lost sales revenue and improve overall customer loyalty. "Strategically Robust but Pricey for Small Businesses"

3/5

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I find Rejoiner incredibly useful as it functions as an automated revenue engine for e-commerce brands. I love that it isn't just a 'DIY' software but a hybrid of a powerful data platform and a strategic consulting service. The 'Done-For-You' Managed Service provides immense value because it shifts the burden from my internal team to Rejoiner's experts. This managed service helps my company execute at a high level without needing to hire additional full-time employees. I also appreciate the Advanced Behavioral Triggers, which allow Rejoiner to target people earlier in the funnel and send customized messages, resulting in a high volume of incremental revenue. The Price Drop Alerts feature is another highlight, creating urgency and increased click-through rates. Additionally, the initial setup of Rejoiner was very easy, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

While Rejoiner is a high-performance tool, it isn't the perfect fit for every business. Because it leans heavily into a 'white-glove' managed service model, some users find certain aspects restrictive or misaligned with their specific workflow. Here are the most common critiques and areas where Rejoiner could be improved: 1. High Barrier to Entry for Small Businesses The biggest 'downside' is often the price. The Issue: Rejoiner is priced as a premium service. For a startup or a small shop with low monthly traffic, the cost of the software plus the managed service can eat into profit margins too quickly. The Fix: If you are a very small business, a self-serve tool like Klaviyo or Omnisend might be more cost-effective until you have the volume to justify a managed partner. 2. Potential Delays in 'Last-Minute' Campaigns Because Rejoiner often involves a human element (designers and strategists), it isn't always as 'instant' as a purely automated tool. The Issue: If you suddenly decide to run a flash sale in two hours, you might find the 'managed service' workflow slower than if you just hopped into a template and hit 'send' yourself. Suggestion: Better 'emergency' templates or a faster self-service bypass for veteran users could improve agility for quick-turnaround marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner helps me recover lost revenue from abandoned carts and reduce customer friction. It acts as an automated revenue engine, providing advanced triggers and a managed service that alleviates marketing bottlenecks, allowing for effective campaigns and increased engagement. "Excellent for B2B Client Retention, Needs Advanced Automation"

4/5

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I like how focused and effective Rejoiner is for customer retention, especially for our B2B model in Hong Kong. It excels at win-back campaigns, post-purchase nurturing, and inactive customer recovery, which are exactly the areas we struggled with the most. I really appreciate the stable and reliable email delivery for local Hong Kong business inboxes, leading to fewer deliverability issues. The simple but powerful segmentation lets us easily separate active clients, lapsed clients, high-value wholesale accounts, and small business clients, so we can send targeted messages that feel personal and appropriate for Hong Kong’s B2B culture. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free, with our first B2B retention workflows up and running within a single business day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

First, the automation workflows are too basic compared to other tools we've used. They work great for simple win-back or post-purchase sequences, but we can't build complex conditional logic—like branching paths based on client behavior, order value, or engagement level. For B2B customers with longer sales cycles, this limits how personalized we can be. Second, the reporting is still very eCommerce-focused. It tracks cart recovery and revenue well, but it doesn't give us enough B2B-relevant metrics like lead quality, follow-up action rate, or client retention trend over time. We often have to export data and manually analyze it in spreadsheets. Third, custom segmentation is limited. We can't filter clients using multiple B2B criteria at once—like industry type, order volume, location within Hong Kong, or client tier. Fourth, integrations with B2B tools are weak. Rejoiner works fine with Shopify and WooCommerce, but it doesn't connect smoothly with B2B CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, or with tools we use daily in Hong Kong like WhatsApp Business API or Google Workspace. Fifth, local Hong Kong & Asia deliverability support is missing. There are no dedicated settings or recommendations for local email providers like HKT Netvigator, Yahoo Hong Kong, or enterprise inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner helps us keep our B2B relationships consistent and personal without extra manual work by automating post‑purchase workflows, renewal reminders, and win‑back campaigns. It allows customer segmentation for tailored communication and provides insights into customer engagement, solving the issue of losing B2B customers due to inconsistent outreach and generic messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Cart Recovery with Ease, Needs Advanced Automation"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I like how reliably and effectively Rejoiner recovers lost revenue from abandoned carts and inactive shoppers, with a clear, measurable ROI almost right away. The automation is powerful but straightforward, which means we don't need a big marketing team to set up and run high-converting email flows. I also really appreciate that it's GDPR-friendly out of the box, with built-in compliance features like consent management, clear unsubscribe, and data controls. That takes a huge amount of pressure off our team in the German market, where data protection is critical. Additionally, the initial setup of Rejoiner was straightforward and relatively fast—definitely on the easier side for marketing automation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

I find the segmentation and automation rules less advanced than some competitors. For complex customer journeys, the logic can feel rigid. It struggles with more sophisticated lifecycle marketing that we want to scale. While it's great for standard recovery campaigns, it lacks features like a visual journey builder, multi-branch logic, dynamic delays, layered segmentation, and smart suppression. Rejoiner is great at one-dimensional recovery campaigns, but not yet strong enough for full lifecycle automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rejoiner transforms lost sales into revenue by recovering abandoned carts and enhancing customer retention with automated, personalized emails. It ensures GDPR compliance, reducing legal risks and saving manual work, while supporting scalable communication with relevant marketing based on user behavior. 4.5/5

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The cart abandonment email series is excellent, especially with its product recommendations and additional features. I appreciate the service model, which includes access to copywriters, designers, and other professionals. If you don't have an in-house marketing team, this solution is ideal. The lifecycle campaign series are also outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

The pricing feels somewhat steep, which could make it challenging for small businesses or startups operating on tight budgets. Additionally, I find the analytics tools to be not particularly user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
