Reign AI Solutions builds and operates AI voice receptionists for trades, home-service and professional-services businesses across Canada and the United States. The receptionist answers calls around the clock, so a call that comes in while the team is on a job site or after hours is still picked up. It asks the questions the business needs answered, captures the caller's name, number and reason for calling, and books an appointment where the business's calendar allows. It connects to calendars, CRMs and other business tools, and passes the details to the team. Reign sets up, configures and runs the assistant for each business rather than handing over a blank tool. Guides on how AI receptionists work, where they fit and where they do not are published at learn.reignai.ca. Reign does not serve healthcare or clinical businesses.
