It's easy for our PI to log in and review data and sign off on source documentation, and it allows members of our team to access our data remotely instead of having to worry about bulky source binders. The OneStudyTeam staff have been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running on their platform. **What do you dislike about StudyTeam?** I only wish we had it up and running at the start of the study instead of a couple of months in, but we were still very easily able to upload our paper documentation to the site to keep all of our source in one central location available electronically. **What problems is StudyTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows remote collaborators (including PI) to view and sign off on source. Allows clean data collection, where messy handwriting and corrections are not considerations for the quality of our source. ### 2. Often, we have a response within an hour of emailing or calling with questions about functionality or changes we may need in eSource. Will Franco, our first point of contact at OST, is always willing to organize a Zoom meeting (sometimes on short notice) and trouble-shoot or collaborate with our team to personalize and improve the usability of eSource to ensure our workflows are efficient and well-organized. This superior communication and customer service sets OST apart from any company or platform I've worked with previously! **What do you dislike about StudyTeam?** I have yet to find one downfall of working with OneStudyTeam. **What problems is StudyTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Clinical Research Site, we have been able to decrease paper sources and streamline patient visits drastically using OST eSource. Our trial databases are well-organized, and the platform is easy to tailor to our needs and navigate quickly to find the data we need in the moment. This allows our site to use the time we would be otherwise to focus on patient enrollment and care for the multiple clinical trials we are part of. ### 3. It is reliable and the colors and the ability to customize or identify by colors and labels is very functional. The reminder feature and having space to schedule visits and comments about them. It is free and in our countries and centers where resources are limited, it is a great relief. It provides projection towards sponsors and centers with which we compete. It is online and I can access it at any time. **What do you dislike about StudyTeam?** So far everything has been very useful. It would be good to have the option to save documentation of the studies there as a repository. **What problems is StudyTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to use more than one Excel file to access the information, having the information updated and organized, homogeneous as such in an interactive way, which is not possible from Excel or Word files, additionally ensuring that all personnel are standardized in real-time information. ### 4. We have over 15 studies that we are actively using the StudyTeams platform. It has helped us to streamline efforts immensely, particularly for those studies that are sponsor connected. Our Clinical Team has been able to provide real-time updates to Monitors and study managers regarding recruitment efforts and subject statuses. Rather than maintain patient information through multiple tracking logs, we can simultaneously assess candidates' eligibility for various studies. Additionally, Study Coordinators and the Monitors no longer have to spend valuable time formatting and uploading recruitment logs on a weekly basis as the information is shared with the sponsor immediately. StudyTeams has also helped us as a site to remain HIPAA compliant, as the information shared with the sponsor contains no identifying information. However, we can still assign patient identifiers through our interface for easy recruitment. I highly recommend StudyTeams to any Site or Sponsor looking to streamline their recruitment efforts and improve their enrolment metrics. ### 7. Tasks are easy to assign and manage. **What do you dislike about StudyTeam?** It's challenging to capture patient data. Only one phone number can be entered at a time, no backup numbers. Cannot search tasks by study ID number. There is only one box for a patient's full name. So if you search the full name but omit the middle initial, the search will not bring up the patient. There needs to be separate fields for first, middle, and last names. Also, the subject number does not populate in the box of patient information when searching for a patient only showes DOB, Phone #, MRN and Trials. It would be helpful is the subject ID number also displayed, if searching within a study. **What problems is StudyTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking recruitment. It is beneficial to see which platforms potential participants respond to the most. ### 16. Lack of Interconnectivity with other users from your same team/company. **Recommendations to others considering StudyTeam:** If you are looking for better improvements on your Clinical Trial Management tools, this software is your solution. This allows everyone in the team to be on the same page and to reduce duplicating work. **What do you dislike about StudyTeam?** There is a lack of control by the site user to modify certain data (e.g. delete duplicate patients). **What problems is StudyTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** During a trial selection process, our site processes a lot patients. Because we used to track the status of these patients through paper forms and digital spreadsheets, it was not infrequent to lose a lot of time tracking where the information was stored.
